Missing Mail . .. again. One from Adams-Friendship, WI another from West Allis/Milwaukee, WI. Both were envelopes. Please advise status. Very important. Both were mailed to 344 16th St SE. I NORMALLY receive mail daily, but haven't on Sept 10 and September 12 & now the 15th.

This is the second time in the last three months this post office has received a package for me and it disappears Into Thin Air. They pretend to be concerned and say they'll check into and say they'll call you back but they never do. If only I could choose a different post office station because this one is just about worthless.

I was just at the Council Street branch. I was asked to sign the question on the screen that my package was ok. I saw no sanitizer to use before or after i had signed. 2 out of the 3 clerks were not wearing face masks. I really would have liked to see some sanitizer to use after everyone else used that pen. There were very little signs of Covid protection at that Post office.

about 4pm may31 north east station "cedar rapids" called to ask about a registered letter - I had a couple names, but tracking not with me - very friendly, helpful, and patient. thank you
