Postal Locations

I am confused by the negative reviews for this location. During my five-year tenure in this area code, I have called this post office location three times...AND THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL!!! The Manager is pleasant; efficient; goes the extra mile to address my issue...She follows up as necessary and, always, as promised. I do not know what more I could ask for. I have always experienced a positive outcome... Today, I learned that my delivery person is out sick, and 6 different fellow-team mates have added parts of his/her route to their regular delivery area. I was looking for an international package that was scheduled for redelivery during my out of state absence to attend a funeral. The Postmaster printed out my information; offered to review the status after all drivers have returned; and will call me tomorrow. She placed me on hold and searched the mail area for my address. She believes that my package is with one of the substitute drivers. I am confident that I will hear from her tomorrow before the final date to return the package to the international sender. She has never failed me!

I'm tired not getting my mail picked up for two or three day. It is rediculas!!!!

This is the worst post office in the DSM metro area by terms of rudeness and ability to address issues. You will not receive any positive customer service experiences here. Abandon all hope all ye who enter here.
