The moron that delivers on the weekends should be fired. Shoves mailbox so full you can't get anything out that's if he can read the box number.
The lady during the week is friendly and never I never have an issue.
I have a package that is currently sitting in a lock box and I have no key to retrieve it because the mail person put the key in the wrong box so some one else in our complex will get my husbands Christmas present, I am so frustrated. The tracking came to my phone around 4:00 pm yesterday so I went to get it later , and the mail person has put the key in someone else box to receive a very special present that was meant for my husband , we are on glenstone dr. in grimes Iowa , putting in a formal complaint Monday as this has happened before !!! I am afraid that the persons mail box it did get the key will not return the package and it was a very special present. I am so frustrated of this happening all the time!!!!has just ruined my Xmas!!!
I want to give a shout out to Ruben. He took care of a misdirect package within 2-3 hours of me filing a lost mail search request. This isn’t the first time. He has found lost packages for me in the past. I appreciate how quickly he takes care of my problems and always follows through to completion.
My package was delivered to my old address rather than forwarded on to my new one. The apartment complex I had lived in was unable to locate the package. Sara at the USPS Grimes location went above and beyond to track the package down. She held it until we were able to get it picked up. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to find my items.
