My job is very long hours with an unusual schedule. I've gotten my mail here for OVER 30 years, and I cannot believe that it's now restricted for no reason at all. It's ridiculous, and a HUGE hardship. Please, PLEASE, go back to the way it used to be - for years! It is NOT a problem having it open 24/7/365. We are the customers here, and it worked fine for decades -- literally DECADES. Please, fix this. Thank you.

This is a huge problem not allowing access to our PO boxes in the lobby except between 8:00 and 5:00. Today because it was a holiday it was also closed. We have not been able to pick up the mail since last Friday. Cutting services is not the way to expand or maintain your business.Bad idea and we are not the only business that is unhappy with this latest development.

I attempted to get mail from my PO Box about 5:30 PM last Monday and found the building locked with a sign that stated lobby hours were only 7 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday. Why is the lobby closed? Due to my work hours I can only get my mail at my PO box evenings and weekends. Very inconvenient.
