For the few years I’ve lived in Kimberly my mail is either delivered to my neighbor (luckily I have a nice neighbor) or not delivered at all. I have gone to the post office at least 3 times with this concern but it is still happening. I don’t understand. I’ll be checking to see if UPS has a box available.
Every time I go into this post office i have the worst experience! Whenever I need to get my packages there the older lady is always rude. I have tried to get a change of address form multiple times and the lady wont give one to me. Just today 08-04-20 i picked up my package before they sent it out to my address in Texas and asked for a change of address form since i just moved back to Kimberly, and she would not look at me she would just call for the next person in line. I asked 3 times during my visit... very unprofessional.
Just moved to Kimberly a couple months ago. Our carrier has delivered more than 4 packages to the wrong address. Getting fed up with them not know how to read address. Some have gone to the house next to us and other with tracking numbers say the delivered but I have no clue where they are.
I am amazed at the dress code of the mail carriers. They are sloppy in appearance. Jean cutoffs with holes on each side. I have never seen sloppy mail carriers in all the places I have been. Always in uniforms, or at least presentable attire. Kimberly/Twin Falls Idaho are a disgrace to our community!
