Why do postal employees in Belvidere, IL violate US citizens rights and call the police for something that is NOT ILLEGAL? The manager at this location should be fired for putting that family and that child through such trauma because her feelings were hurt and these people did nothing wrong. The police also violated his rights and your employee made The police violate his rights also. So sick of our government treating us like crap especially postal employees that don’t know their job or the laws! Y’all need to do better much much better!!!
Horrible customer service and from the looks of it, pretty horrible people working there!
While postal employees are required to wear a mask the public is not. A man went in to purchase stamps from the post office and when they saw that he did not have a mask to wear they called the police on him and his 13 year old daughter. The police roughly threw him to the ground and arrested him and threw him in jail.
This is absolutely unacceptable! Fortunately, this was such a violation of his rights that he quickly got an attorney and not only will the police be sued but I hope you all will too.
went to belvidere post office 9-28-2017 1:00 ish. middle aged female post office worker was totally to rude to customer before me and me. left and mailed my packages at loves park where they are much nicer.
Horrible place to conduct business when Lori is working. I come back to visit my in-laws yearly for the holidays. In doing so we get tons of packages. I just sent out several packages Wednesday 28 December at opening. When Lori opened up she saw the packages and mumble "what the fu@k". Not a good way to start the morning. She continued on with her unpleasant attitude and tried to service customers that had come in after me and continued to apologize, making it seem that there was something wrong with me and it really was not her job. This is not the first encounter ter with this unpleasant individual something needs to be done and that is why I am writing. Customer service should be at the forefront and it appears as though customers are a nuisance to her. She needs to be informed of what her purpose is. As a patron of the USPS shipping thousands in postal costs per year to APO I am appalled at the services rendered continually by Lori at the Belvidere, Illinois post office. Please feel free to contact me for more information. It may take a few days in response since I am now back in Germany. Thank you for your time in review of my comments.
