I renewed my car registration by mail. Never ever had an issue. Received informed deliver a week and half ago that it would be received that day. Nothing. Now its almost ten days later nothing. The person said that informed delivery is just a baseline that it could possibly be delivered that day. Since I have been using informed delivery, every piece of mail that says is being delivered, was delivered. This is first piece of mail that has never been delivered. Coincidentally is my car registration. I was told nothing they can do and hung up on me
WORST POST OFFICE EVER!
NOT HELPFUL! BROKE AN ITEM I ORDERED. SELLER needs me to give them the paperwork, show them the broken item, the printed photos, etc. The "manager" had the audacity to ask me how I know THEY actually broke it, then wouldn't even look at ANYTHING because I refused to surrender the item which I am NOT required to do which he INSISTED WRONGLY that I MUST do. Then he RUDELY told me to leave! Now I cannot get help so the seller can get her insurance money back! How is this even legal!?
No issues, except the twenty four hour lobby should be reopen for those who work overnights and want to social distance. It is mad house during the day. Please leave the lobby open so the late night people can pick up their mail safely and avoid the day time crowds. Thank You.

I don't know if my mail is processed through the office I'm addressing, if not I hope this comment gets to a broader audience. I had a piece of mail sent from a friend of mine this past week that included a gift. I received the envelope this past Tuesday, December 17th. When I picked up the envelope I noticed the bottom was ripped. I didn't think much of it at the time...processing damage? It's happened before. Come to find out my friend sent me a gift that someone stole! This is very upsetting that I can't trust USPS to process a piece of mail without someone stealing the contents? Very disappointing! I called for help and a lady answered I told her my issue and told me to hold and water 8 minutes and still did not get back to me. Have called there before and it they have terrible service!,
I just moved to buffalo grove and I visted Location.To be honest I never seen more unpleasant postal office in my life especially the lady in short hairs I think her name is Lulu or something like that.I feel sorry for you really!
I just waited 25 minutes in line at this location only for the lady to tell me that they wouldn't take my package because some of the box underneath the brown paper was showing through on the sides. Since when was that a rule? There are never enough workers working here!
