My Mother is disabled and has place her outgoing mail in her door for the mail carrier to accept. Unfortunately, today the mail carrier push her outgoing mail back into her house. Are the carriers no longer required to accept outgoing mail from homes??? My mother does not have access to in person mailing. Is this no longer an option???

I have not received many of my items that are being listed as delivered. When I try to get answers I'm told that they are being sent out somewhere else. But how? The mailing address for shipping details is mine but you're still sending them out to a trailer park? I am lost as well as to what to do since the beginning of the year my packages have disappeared.

I have not received any mail in almost 3months. I have not see a postal worker in almost 3months. I've been waiting on some important paper work and have not received yet. This is a serious problem.

I have not received mail in weeks!! My packages continue to say they have been delivered to me but I don’t have any of them! They never pick up the phone from open to closing time! The last time I received mail the carrier thought it was a check and opened it! We hadn’t seen a mail truck on our block in weeks so Tuesday that just passed came and my daughter saw the mail truck pull up and the carrier got out looked in the back of her truck and left and never came back and didn’t deliver any mail at all! This is unacceptable on all levels!! Do something about this

Why aren’t residents in the 60620 zip code not receiving mail and packages in weeks. Auburn Park Post Office will not answer their phone. It is so very frustrating! No one seems to care. Who can we we reach out to?

AUBURN-GRESHAM post office is HORRIBLE you have workers who only there for a paycheck, careless about the customers. The manger walk around seeing there's 20 or more people waiting in line with one person at the help desk, other workers standing talking on their personal cell phone or talking to each other. No one answering the phone from 830a -to 7p. That Location should close or hire people who wants to work not just there for a paycheck. We need to call the the post Services hotline as a community(1-800-275-8777) or Alderman Brookins office (773) 881-9300. My Block haven't received mail since Thursday Jan 28th 2021 my package track it was deliver, never received it .The regular mail person is out sick no one to deliver the mail until next week.

Is there a reason why when calling the AUBURN-GRESHAM post office the recording states hold for the operator and then goes to a busy signal?????? Your customer service is some of the worst.

The Coronavirus only demonstrated the failure of the USPS to control employee attendance. USPS employees were avoiding work before the pandemic and the USPS's Labor Relations worked in conjunction with these slacker to keep their jobs. Had the USPS followed its own rules and regulation governing attendance, it would have had employees who wanted their jobs. Auburn-Gresham is one of the worst. I have not received my 2nd stimulus check.

This is the second package that has been more than a WEEK LATE from this particular branch of USPS..As several other commenters have stated that when you call this branch, it goes straight to busy signal. No one EVER picks up the phone over there!!. I've been told that my package was delivered at the front desk/reception area on Jan. 5th.. I live in a two flat! There is no reception area OR front desk!!! And NOW it's Jan 19th and still no package!! Perhaps this Auburn branch needs to be closed and consolidated with some of the OTHER BRANCHES in the area. I'd rather get my packages from the other branches and be late by a day or two than to keep dealing with Auburn and getting my packages delivered a month later. This is ridiculous!!!

I have called the post master about this same issue ended up speaking to a very unconcerned worker but back to the auburn Gresham branch why would they mark the packages delivered to front desk if they hAve not delivered them then imagine going into this branch and waiting in the line for 2hrs or more only to be told your packages are out for delivery but you never receive them We have not gotten mail in over a month in my area that is horrible I have at least 3packages that I have expecting for over a week and more packages on the way I agree they should close this branch

I have not received mail in over 7 days. I go up to the post office and was told our mail carrier quit as the reason why. How come they did not assign a sub for the route? Then they could not sort my mail out and provide it to me. Said they will call me the next day and I did not receive a call. It is not going to be nice when I go back up there today. It's the holidays and people aren't receiving their mail. Ghetto ass post office.

Ref: USPS Service Request: #14155217 and USPS Tracking: #9400136206394005068972 On 8/20/2020, USPS was reporting that my package had been delivered to my home, but it had not been delivered. On 8/21/2020, Porsche from the Auburn Gresham Branch Post Office came to my home and informed me that she would locate my missing package. Shortly after, Porsche returned and personally delivered my missing package along with another package I was expecting to receive. During these stressful and trying times, Porsche should be commended for her outstanding service and professionalism. This was great service!!! Thank you Porsche.
