We went to the USPS to turn in our passport. We had them take our pictures. This turned out to be the BIGGEST MISTAKE we made. DO NOT LET THE United States Post Office take your passport picture because they DO NOT know how too. Our pictures got rejected by the Department of State. We went back with the letter we were sent to the post office. The post office then retook our pictures. The Department of State did not receive the retake pictures until 2 weeks later. Our passport had 10 weeks to be completed because of our trip, but because the United States Post Office screwed our passport pictures up 2 times. We will miss our vacation. When I called USPS for help they said there is nothing they could do. They could not even refund me my picture fee. They were no help and they do not care about people or mail. I am beyond upset with USPS.

The supervisor (female) and the male handler moving mail from place to place would not wear their mask or had they hanging below their nose and mouth. Why are we put in a situation of putting ourselves at risk . Please require all employees to follow the same rules and guidelines required by customers. Dec 21, 2020 at 4pm.

I purchased an item online and I’m able to see where it is and where it goes. I ordered my item on June 2, 2020 and today is July 6th, 2020. I contacted my local postal office which resides in Nashville, Tennessee and they never received it, which makes sense because the tracker says it’s still in Chicago. I don’t understand why this Post office doesn’t have a worker number and by looking at these comments I have a strong feeling I’m never going to get my package, but I will continue until I do!!

I mailed a package to my grandson for his birthday. I mailed it with 2 day delivery and have a tracking #. When it was not received I checked the tracking #. It was sent to Evergreen Park PO NOT my grandson's local PO. In checking with Evergreen Park, they told me it was sent downtown to the Head Distribution Center. My daughter went downtown on the package and the Cardiss Collins PO said they didn't have it. I am very upset and want a resolution to this situation. This package is very important!!! I mailed it on May 18 with delivery date of May 21 and still NO DELIVERY!!!! I will be happy to give the tracking # if someone from the USPS will contact me! Oh, the number listed above for Cardiss Collins is NOT working!

Ms. Barbara Harris called us to follow up on an inquiry my colleague made. When have a case of a missing documents that was signed by a S. Walker and there's no S. Walker at our office. Ms. Harris went above and beyond to confirm the suite number and talked to the carrier that serviced that particular day. She was so willing to help us even after confirming that it was indeed our suite number on the package, although my colleague and I did not sign for it. I just wanted to give her kudos for phenomenal customer service. She even encouraged that we called back if we needed anymore help and advised the hours that she was in office. She made an unpleasant situation bearable and I am grateful and feel a bit better. We will be searching our building to find the mystery S. Walker. Thanks again for the kindness and empathy. Every post office needs someone like Ms. Harris.

Horrible Worker!!!I When I came in PO about 1:15 there was only one person in the aisle working on his items, and one horrible worker, she was working with a middle aged talkative lady, l had to put my papers so l sat in the passport area to do, when l finish still the PO lady and same woman mainly talking while customer was rambling through her purse, so l went to weigh my envelope, but afterwards l wasn’t sure the weight was right so decided to stand in line to have it weighed to put the correct postage on. Still the two were going on talking about inrrelevant conversation over 15 minutes then I spoke and ask that worker while her customer supposedly l thought was finished, but instead struck up another conversation and again rambling on in her purse, the PO worker told me someone would come and help me. Ibstood another 10mins then a woman came out and l thought she would help with something so simple, but instead she said as she was exiting my view it was not her someone else would be out. Well the same lady doing nothing as you could heard the conversation about how nice everyone was when she ever came to PO and again this lady l thought would finally move on then again went rambling in her purse for whatever she thought she forgot, l spoke up saying l need to get to work, that worker should have the sense to tell a customer like that to step to the side until she had her things in order to mail, but instead she spent well over 1/2 hour with woman mostly talking about nothing that had to do with her mail. I had to get to work and just put as many stamps on the envelope as l could but when l got at the elevator door l look around and that woman was still standing there. She did appear to have a 6 packages if she even had that and l find it very rude that a worker would dismiss the time of others waiting. This was truly someone wasting time pretending to be doing something that she was not really doing but BS. I’ve been to PO all my life and a worker will work with you if you have your items right , but if not they have no problem telling you to go get it together and come back up in respect to others. That’s why l call her a Horrible ignorant worker and i’d fire her for her lack of common sense!l left out it was1:56pm Shame!

I came in for a passport and had to wait over an hour to get assistance. Apparently, the only person who can do passports decided to take an extended lunch. Really?!?! All I have to say is if you don't like your job quit!!
