The postal service is putting our mail in other people's boxes, and we find our mail in trash

I own an apartment building at 2901-2909 W 65 Street. The mail carriers have ripped the sealed closures off the old mail slot and forcing mail through the sealed slot. They are not using the KEY access (there for over 40 years). This is not a difficult thing to do, other mail carriers have used USPS access key, gotten the front door key and placed the mail into the secure personal mailboxes. This kind of action is not acceptable to my tenants, nor is it acceptable to me. The original slots have been sealed both the outside of the door and in the inside of the door. Mail carrier has ripped and forced the slots open and has not placed the mail into the locked mailboxes inside the building which they can access using the key that they carry on their uniforms. Door key is in the little box that is on the exterior door frames. There are eight families affected by this.

Review- the service was A+, now it's 0. My regular carrier, is sick or off lately. He did a great job. Now I gets emails every 3-4 days. Mails at 9pm, and missing mails. What's going on. We are under pressure also. We want our mails on time.

We are concerned because we have not received any mail since last Saturday -- we tried to call the post office and we were told to call the 69th street center -- no answer.....phone continues to ring with no answer. We are concerned because we will be late in payment of various bills.
