Where is my mail? You only deliver once every two weeks. What is going on?

How inept and illiterate are the postal workers? Can they get anything right? A legal sized letter was delivered to me, AND IT PLAINLY STATES DO NOT BEND OR FOLD Guess what? Yup, my mail was wrapped inside the legal size envelope with a rubber band! Now there goes the gift I was gonna give because it’s ruined! I know this pandemic has got people rattled, but c'mon read what is written it’s not that difficult! The mail sux around here anyways because we go days without a delivery and who know what happens to mail that never gets delivered.

My post office is Edgebrook on Devon. The ladies that work there are always pleasant and helpful, I live in Sauganash Village and my regular postman is Jerome Evans. He does an absolutely fantastic job and is a treasure. However, when Jerome is on holiday and we have a substitute mail person, we really miss the good service that we are accustomed to. On January 9 & 10, I received a neighbors mail both days.
