We here at 401 e. Bowen always have problems getting our parcels & mail that's delivered by USPS, compared to other delivery establishments and when they post that we are to receive a package on a certain day in our Informed delivery or emails when it is out for delivery, most of the time never get to us at all on that particular day.. When the residents call the local post office we are always told the Identical same thing, we are short of employees due to the pandemic, but we never here that from UPS or Fed-x workers, because they deliver according to the emails they send us and far earlier than USPS. Even when we do get our mail it's like 3:00 to 6:00 pm, that's unheard of, my rejection meds has to be taken in the AM and in the PM everyday of my life, Lots of times while waiting on the mail I miss my meds, and don't get them until they decide to deliver to us which sometimes be 2 or 3 days out of the week.

I want any mail with my address on it delivered to my mailbox. I do not believe it is the carriers business what name is on the mail or they do not recognize the name, so the mail is not delivered. Who ever heard of anything so ridiculous.

A terrible joke. Having no post office at all would be better than this.

This station has horrific management. The wait is always 20-45 minutes. Carriers are allowed to go on vcation at peak times (holidays) with no mail service, And go to lunch without replacements during peak lunch time. There is no machines to purchase stamps. It provides customer services rated at 1 om a 1-5 scale. It truly needs better
management and improvement.

Worst post office I have ever been to. Last week they ran out of stamps, and this week they lost the package they were holding for me.

You need to answer your phones! Terrible service, lazy employees. Takes 40 mins. just to pick up a package. Employees don't know how to spell or do simple math.
