Postal Locations

I was informed that this branch services the 60605 zip. The last two letters I sent there have disappeared. WHAT IS GOING ON!!! It should not take 3 weeks for a letter to arrive. People are conducting business through the US postal system. This is a violation of the US postal system's duties and oath. Letters should not be disappearing.

We have not received our mail in a timely manner, or in some cases not at all. Whoever runs this facility should be fired. Everything was perfect until someone decided to FIX what wasn't broke. Not sure what we need to do to fix but we are a business that relies on the USPS.

USPS lost a certified letter of mine and the Loop Annex sent me an auto email acknowledging the inquiry. I have made over 20 CALLS to the Loop Annex over the last 2 days trying to reach someone and EVERY CALL RANG UNTIL IT DISCONNECTED -- no answer, no voicemail. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?
