Postal Locations

Your agents need help in dealing with their customers. I have a problem with a Registered Letter with a return receipt. Your Agent threw the Receipts back to me and said she can't help me. I have been trying to get the name of the Postmaster on line but with no results.

Are you hiring? Why do I ask? I was in line at Northtown branch for over 35 minutes with a long line of customers waiting out the door. This was at 2:00 this afternoon on 7/6/21. One worker was serving us all and she was doing passports. Another worker was yelling: “ anyone waiting for a package or to pick up mail on hold?” Well no one was but she kept yelling this. Meanwhile, we all stood there waiting like dumb sheep. I’m free this summer. I’m a teacher. You need summer help? I’d say you do. The trouble is no one cares or listens. No one wants to improve the situation. Everyone in line was dissatisfied and grumbling. This is not acceptable.

Worst postal service . Friday 2/19/2021 waited 9:00Am to 9:50 Am At list 10 to 12 persons waiting, no postal Clark providing service. So many of us has to leave because it’s also a working day for us. No inventory for certified mail return receipt or other form. Post master running this location very poorly and I demand changes. Extremely slow and unprofessional . Need attention from head office . Thanks

Horrible customer service ghetto staff rude and unprofessional acts like they are above the law unfair terrible do yourself a favor and don't go there get treated better elsewhere

Terrible. We had our mail held the last two weeks of December 2014 and we NEVER got it. We even went to the location several times. NEVER got it. We had it held in March of 2016 and we finally got it after a month. My husband went to get it and they didn't have it but it arrived the next day a full four weeks after we were supposed to get it. Our license plate sticker was in that. We got a ticket. Awesome. We just signed our son up for Kids National Geographic. The first issue showed up looking like someone had chewed on it. We don't get mail for days and then our mail boxed will be stuffed, no care in how the mail goes it. I've lived here all my life and have never had anything like this.
