I'm very angry. I haven't received any mail at all since February 12, 2021. I live on Nassau Ave.

This location is a den full of thieves. Packages that are not scanned at the counter have a high % of being stolen. I have learned from experience at tremendous expense. Warning to all those eBayers leaving packages!

Norwood Park Chicago post office lost my package. When trying to explain to the employee Mr Kuffel that answered the phone that the UPS delivery day to the post office isn't the same day he was trying to say it was delivered. He got huffy and hung up on me. Knowing that my never got to me. That's how much they care. This isn't the first time in only 4 years being in this postal area that I haven't received items and/or my mail. This post office employees are rude every time and don't care. I will be filing a complaint about this rude Mr Kuffel employee and talking to the manager Ms Hayne of the Norwood Park location and letting her know this is one of many times of poor service! I will be going over their heads to Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky.

I just got off the phone with the Norwood Park branch of the post office. I told them if it hadn't been for an email I wouldn't have known that my dog was overdue for her visit. They will mail at least two reminders. Told the man who picked up the phone he didn't identify himself or say he was a manager. Then I told him at least twice a month I don't receive any mail. I need to tell him on the day I missed the delivery. Then I told him what about the reminders, no answer. I just wonder what else I didn't receive.
