You all have to put a complaint in writing and send it to the main post office on Harrison ATTN: POSTMASTER GENERAL on the letter.

Haven’t receive any mail and it’s been a year. No one there don’t care to even look for it and don’t bother calling this location they won’t pick up the phone no matter how many times you called and when you go to the office they will have an attitude if you go there looking for your mail.

We have not had mail delivered in over a week. I called and was told that they did not have a carrier for this area.

My package didnt deliver like it said it was on sunday.so is my package stolen or it not here?

My package was not delivered, but the postal worker noted that my package was put into my mail box. This can't be happening. Sad

To whom it may concern, My name is Renee C Clark I live at 12015 S Eggleston Ave Chicago Illinois 60628 Apt. 001. I have not received any mail in about 3 weeks. I am currently disabled. I was in a vehicle accident on July 3,2020. I am currently a quadriplegic. I receive bus cards so I can get to my therapy and Doctors appointments. They come in the mail.I am very grateful for the money from social security disability.I receive $783.00 monthly my check is $750 a month. It was a brown envelope with 5 stamps on it and Return to descent .your mailing man. Pick up the brown envelope on Tuesday the night the address 10455 south king drive Chicago, IL 60628. The address on the brown eveveplone is Patrick Neil 922 evergreen ct Mondovi , Wisconsin 54755 .all I want to know did he get his letter

My mailman John is one of the best postal carriers I have ever had. There were 2 more before I could put in the same category. He is thoughtful, caring, always a smile.on his face. He let's me know when I have packages, he always rings my bell. This is in the 12400 block of Michigan. Please give him the praise he deserves. Thank you

Where is my mail no mail was delivered to me on 3/9/2020. I was suppose to get mail where is it dam?

I am VERY VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS POST OFFICE!!!!! I received a pink slip stating there is a package. I put in for a redelivery AND THEY FORGOT IT!!!!!! This was a GIFT FOR A BLIND PERSON FOR SUNDAY (TOMORROW). This location IS VERY VERY VERY INCOMPETENT!!!!! It was a first try SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE HECK THEY DIDN'T TRY AGAIN TODAY!!!!

When our regular postal carrier is off we never get our mail until after 6pm. AND we only get about half the mail. When she comes back, the poor woman has to haul all the mail that the incredibly lazy person didn’t bring, as well as the mail for that day. What is with the Roseland Post Office? This is recent. You guys used to do a bang up job but not lately.

I PAID EXTRA FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED PRIORITY TO ME IT WAS A PRESENT FOR MY HUSBAND WHO IS A VETERAN.. THE EXPECTED DATED WAS SATURDAY. THE PACKAGE WAS SCAN AT 6:39 AS NO ACESS. I WAS ST HOME WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY.REALLY I LIVE IN A HOUSE ALL THE CARRIER HAD TO DO IS WALK UP THE STAIRS. NOW IT WOULD BE AFTER VETERANS DAY BEFORE I GET HIMHIS PRESENT.

Several times I have received mail and or books that do not belong to me that clearly has the other persons name and address on it. On Thursday someone brought me my package with my name and address on it. The person said they the package was delivered to her elderly aunt, and she opened by mistake, even the inside packages. Yeah right. I called a supervisor about the incidents, and my concerns about the incompetence of the carrier. Would you believe, the next day, I got the same elderly aunts mail. Lol Shame on you post office.

Called the Roseland station, the person who answered the phone didn’t even say hello, they just automatically put me on hold. I am on hold, I don’t know if I’m calling the right number or what. That is just unprofessional and rude.

In London Towne we don't usually get mail until after 5:00 pm.

This post office lost my package on one occasion and on another left my package with clothes sitting on my front porch. Every time you call customer service has a attitude and puts you on hold for at least 5 to 10 minutes

This post office lost my package one and on a second occasion left a package with close sitting on my front porch! I never heard back from them and never got a refund for my things.
