Kussandrah went above and beyond to help me find a package! I truly appreciate her great efforts! She was so sweet and kind on the phone. She is an asset to USPS and if I was hiring for my business I would hire her in a second!! She made my day.
I bought an item on eBay on April 10th, the seller dropped off the package at your post office in CRYSTAL LAKE, IL 60014 on April 14th (I have the tracking number) ...... or we It's May 1st and when I look at the tracking on USPS, I see that the package hasn't moved from your post office since April 14th. Did you put it away in a cupboard and forgot ?????!
Please contact me and let me know what's going on.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

I live on Ellsworth St. and our postal worker goes beyond what he has to do! He regularly picks up mail I put out and has even put a stamp on an envelope which had none. Thank you Tim Dzik, you have made a senior very happy.
Sincerely,

I applied for a passport back in June and gave the clerk 2 certified copies of my birth certificate along with my marriage certificate. I received my passport and one of my birth certificates back. I have been in contact with the US passport office through email as well as phone. I was told by the Chicago office that they never received the other documents and that the post office never sent them to them. I called the Crystal Lake post office to find out where my missing documents where and waited on hold for 41,54 minutes..no one ever came on the line. I called from another phone and waited on hold for 19.30 minutes. Same outcome. I called a third time and reached someone. I patiently explained my situation and she very rudely said they do not have my documents and that it is not their fault. She said I need to replace my documents at my own expense. I am extremely upset with how I was treated. Obviously, I have certified documents with my personal information lost somewhere and she couldn't even take a minute to show any effort in trying to help me resolve the situation or locate my missing documents.
