I’m disabled and my mail box is not in a safe place for me to utilize. I’ve visited my local office in Franklin Grove about it and they told me I needed to speak with the Dixon post master. I’ve called the Dixon office and left 3 messages because the PM is always off on the days I’ve called. I’m not feeling very good about the service I’ve received regarding service for a handicapped individual.
I live in polo and have a mail carrier who I've had to call in on a few times after missing mail/packages, and continually receiving my neighbors mail and them also receiving mine. I know for a fact at least 4 other people on my street have reported him for the same, I live on a one street culdasac and we are all tired of it. My neigh or even found our vehichal registration in the middle of the road. Today he dropped a package off and I went out to get it and thanked him from my door as he was getting into his car. He proceeded to coke up to my door screaming at me and threatening me, pulled off screaming for me to go f myself. He was so loud my neighbor came out and witnessed most of it. I called pam at the Dixon post office emiediatly and she refused to take him off of my route and also refused to give me the name.of her supervisor. I even got the police involved after being threatened at my own doorstep in such a manner. I can not believe that even with witnesses to what happened she won't take him off our route. I could have pressed charges but did not. I am pursuing now how to go to someone above her since she denied me to talk to her superior.
to whom it may concern: I'm not here to cause trouble but I live in this community and there is quiet a few people that live here and sometimes we get a person that fills in she drives a suburban and she doesn't pay attention to the numbers on houses and one time give my package to the wrong house and I never got it. She needs to pay closer attn. to numbers on trailers. My address is 291 IL. Rt.2 Lot #429 Dixon,IL. 61021. and I'm to be getting 2 pckgs. this week I hope she gets it right. Thank you, Jack Wright
