I wanted to take a moment to thank Liz at the Gibson City Post Office for some outstanding customer service. Last week I contacted the Gibson City Post Office about a package that was shipped with the wrong zip code which resulted in the package going back-and-forth between Gibson City Post Office and the Champaign Illinois post office. After explaining the situation to Liz. She went above and beyond to locate the package and ship it to my home address which I received this Monday. She was extremely kind and helpful and really went above and beyond.
