Postal Locations

How can you scan a tracking # and say a package is delivered when it has not ! People count on you ! Please take pride in your job and do it right

The United States Postal Service sucks! They don't deliver the package and then they put a slip in your box saying that they attempted delivery at you watch them drive away and never get out of the vehicle. You can't reach him on the phone at the postal locations post office or you have an hour or so wait on the phone for someone to pick up just so you can ask them where your package is. I'm so glad they have UPS and FedEx because the Post Office sucks! Even when you get them on the phone they act like they have no knowledge of postal regulations. Again, the Post Office sucks!

It's quarter to nine at night and my mail carrier just came by. This is not unusual. Does anyone know if this is typical for this post office? Because it happens every single day and complaining about it doesn't seem to get any kind of results. It's really pretty crappy service.
