Have a video on my ring camera of one of their employees throwing a very expensive wooden cane at my door, which was broken. Will be reporting to supervisor with the footage.
Didn’t get mail for four days waiting for important things that I know was sent this happens all the time we get other people’s mail so who is getting ours sometimes our mails is opened what’s going on worst ever!
I received a piece of mail from the water department (a past due notice) on Saturday, March 20th. When I contacted the water department on Monday, March 22nd, they said the original bill was returned to being undeliverable. It is funny I didn't receive the original piece of mail but received the past due notice. How could they not deliver the original but deliver the past due notice? Please advise. Thank you.
Our mail was just delivered at 18216 Lange street in Lansing. A condo building. When I walked in the foyer, there were about 8 rubber bands strewn on the floor. The only person who would have access to rubber bands would be the mail person. Why would they do that? And they pulled out of our courtyard and 5 minute later came back thru going very fast. Whoever that post person is needs to have some direction of what to do in his/her job.
Wildwood mail is not being forward, mail stuffed in our box and not forward, our insurance being canceled due to invoice in mail box, lost checks, mail being found on the ground a block over. Worst Post Office in US
I contacted the Lansing, IL post office on Roy Street yesterday, 5/3/2017, about not receiving an amazon package. After providing the post office employee the tracking number she said the package was delivered to the wrong address on Wildwood. This package is for my elderly parents and I wish the package is delivered to them. USPS Tracking number 9361289682090304631824. You promised to fix this. Thanks!
I am a veteran whom depend on the delivery of my medication on time, at my location we have a mail employee that makes sure of delivery by ringing the door bell several times and if no answer she will leave a notice of atempt and take it back to the post office the others when she is not in this area just leave the packages outside or inside on the floor, she knows that i am in a wheel chair just like some others in this building. Now i here she is being relocated and now i don't know what to do or if i will get the meds..
Has anyone else noticed that we are only getting mail about three days a week? I have not received mail since Friday, Feb. 22, 2014. Why is that? What is happening at the post office. I am waiting for some very important mail. It should have been here on Monday.
