Your Mail delivery on Mondays is horrible, if we even get any or even see a truck!! The rest of the week is great. I had a prescription being delivered (7-11-22) never saw a truck and the tracking said "no secure location for delivery" i was home all day, outside working in the yard and didn't see a truck at all. Please fix this!!

I have mailed package in the past to Main Land China and to Hong Kong with no issues. Mailed a package on 2-27-21 and it sat in Lemont according to tracking data for 13 days before making it to the next facility. Arrived in Hong Kong on 3-24-21. Mailed next package (same post office) on 3-5-21, arrived in Hong Kong on 3-13-21. What happened?

Mail is not being forwarded per the form submitted late January. Our neighbor is getting our mail so it won't pile up in our box. Please implement our request.
