I scheduled to apply the passport for my 16 years son and I have all the documents likes birth certificate, parents information but this employee tried to create more documents is needed to apply a passport for the minor. She asked for a state ID for my son, photo copy of parent ID, letter proof for residency that it doesn't mandate on the password website or form.
I am frustrated with the behavior of the postal employee that deliver my mail... in the past I had to please not to traspass the area of my garden and to walk and follow the pavement path to the postal box. Her reponse to my request was rude and uncaring. But I really care for my flowers and it bothers me greatly that she does not respect my request. Today again 04/29/2022 I so her doing the same thing and went I approch her to talk to her, she acted rude by ignoring me and saying why havent you talk to the postal center. and kept walking away ignoring me. Please help me try a solution to this issue
3 times in the past 10 days our mail was delivered to a neighboring address, one of them was a water bill that had to be paid in near future, very annoying.
Employees name Sara was so rule to customers on the phone when they call ask questions. Ask to speak with the manager she refused to transfer the phone and she raised her voice said they not here and she is in charge right now. I don't know how she got the job at the post office she doesn't know how to spell street name Osceola. She needs a lot of training on be nice and friendly with customers and learn how to write.
