I had a pkg mailed to me it was put on the floor at my mailbox at Creekwood. It was stolen Dec 22, 2018 and I didn’t receive it or any info yet. I paid $45.00 for merchandise and mailing cost. Have not been called with info or reimbursement as of today April 17,2019. Pkg was insured. I want my money back. I have receipt and all the info. Please this is not fair. Morton Illinois POSTOFFICE said it was delivered and that’s all I’ve heard. I reported it 3 times now. Who is dropping the ball with this????

I'm very unhappy with your letter carriers who damage mail by stuffing it in my mail box. Caterpillar mails me a new yearly calendar in an envelope that is reinforced with a heavy cardboard backer. Bending the envelope kinks the contents and damages the calendar. I suggest the carrier get out of his truck and place the item on our doorstep as they do with other packages that don't fit in the mailbox. Common sense and training will fix this problem. I'm not a happy customer!
