I live in the Lakeside apartments in Mundelein. I have complained about this before and this is the 3rd time in as many months that the mail Carrier has locked the main Box without closing it tight. Anybody can grab anybody else's mail when it is left like this. this needs to stop!!!

I haven't used your services in awhile. I dropped something in the mailbox before 9AM on Thursday, May 14th. It has not made it to its destination yet. It is frustrating although I do understand that these are tough times. It has been almost two weeks now.

For the many years I have lived in Mundelein, Illinois I have consistently received genuinely friendly and courteous service at our post office.
There have been many years when I was either in a wheelchair, or using crutches, days when I was tired or confused. Going to the Post Office never fails to brighten my spirits. The staff is knowledgeable about mail going to Canada and the rest of the world. They look to see if there are commemorative stamps I want, and keep me in postcard stamps, which are my most-unit of postage!

I posted to stop my mail and begin it on 9/6. I have been told the
delivery person lost the paper. How can this happen? I used the
computer to send the offical dates, stop and start. I am now two
days late with my mail...this is wrong.
