To the Post Master,
Just want to let you know that I was at the North Riverside Post Office on March 16, 2021 at 4:48 P.M. You close at 5 P.M. Their was a girl at the front counter and I asked her for postage to mail 2 envelopes for my tax returns. She told me she is on break and I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked for someone else to help me. She said nobody else is here. I said you will not help me. She said yes, I am on break and come back tomorrow.
Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is very disgusting. I come during the hours that you are open and nobody can help me. Please respond to this review. You have my email address. Thank you, Tony Novak, Resident of North Riverside for 65 years. I have never been treated like this at the North Riverside Post Office.
Hello,
Normally I've been satisfied with the service at this post office. However, some time ago, approximately close to a year ago, the post office refuses to scan prepaid labels for return. They simply advised me to drop off at the bin.
On July 12, 2020 I dropped off two packages one going to ShopeHQ and JTV. Both items have been lost. I've contacted both networks both indicate that they have not received the packages. When inquiring about the tracking of the package on the 23 of July, I was told that I needed the tracking number. Though I told them that the front desk refused to scan my packages to insure that the packages were received by the post-office.
Now both packages are lost and no one is able to help. I am reporting that this office refuses to scan packages in front of clients. This is poor practice in their part since clients are willing to wait in line for their turn, it doesn't take much to scan and insure that the post office received the package and on its way to its destination.
No one wants to take responsibility. I am not responsible to pay for merchandise that I do not have in my possession.
Please make note of my complaint and concern of this post office. I blame this office for loosing my items.
