Dan tis place is horrible. I ordered a package and per tracking on USPS I was expecting it 6-21-22. Well on 6-18-22 I was washing my car when mail lady pulled up, dropped off mail and pulled away. Later I got a text saying my package was delivered, but it wasn't. When I checked tracking again it said that it was being held at post office. I sent my daughter on 6-20-22 to post office and no one was there. This mail lady has complained several times on us like when snow was in front of mailbox (like everyone else had) and once when we went on vacation and forgot to stop mail for a week. I know she intentionally took the package back with her

I have a subscription to Woman's World Magazine. It should be delivered on a weekly basis. I do not get timely delivery. The Magazine said it sends the magazines out and it is the post offices fault that I do not receive the magazines. I put a missing mail request in and got not response. Who can help me with this? I do get all the other magazines I subscribe to in a timely manner. Thank you, Dorothy Petrie

Priority mail express was left in my mail box instead of door delivery. Package contained medical supplies. Package was clearly marked with a large red sticker stating "REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL PERISHABLE NO DELAY! DO NOT FREEZE KEEP FROM HEAT" WHY WAS THIS JUST STUFFED AND LEFT IN MY STREET MAIL BOX IN 90 DEGREE HEAT?

I have been waiting for the post office to delivery my meds since last week Friday. However due to the village plowing in the 600 homes in my subdivision the delivery person is unable to reach the box while sitting in the truck. I am a senior citizen with a heart condition and really cant wait until April for the snow to melt and for my mail to be delivered. As if the post office doesnt have enough trouble now with delivery on good days just watch the news. Under these conditions they need to pay the drivers extra to actually get out of the truck as they do with packages and put the mail in the box. Really not a bad idea compared to having all this mail that is undeliverable going back and forth each day with no place to go. Something really has to be done under these severe conditions. I am unable to clear my box due to my health. I am writing this to warn others if they are wondering were the mail is...I say pay the hard working drivers extra and that will eliminate the build up of mail and generate customer satisfaction. By the time the snow melts they will need to deliver the mail with a semi truck.

Is mail being picked up at the Jewel store box at 135th Street? I have mailed things together and found one or two pieces of mail not getting to their destination. This is the second time now this has happened. This is causing me grief considering these are bills I am paying. This needs to be looked into please.

3rd time this year - always on a Saturday, says my mail was deliverd at box. I got home to not have it in the box or a key if its in the lockbox. Dah, I am so tired of the run around. Now I have to wait till Monday to find where my package is. Not happy with whomever isn't doing their job! Enough bad press that even gets me madder. I will be calling Monday, a very busy person who doesn't need this aggrevation. I am not paying for something I did not receive on your watch!!!!!

This is a horrible facility. Have had mail issues for over 20 years. When you complain about the mail delivery driver, they tell that person. So then you get confronted by them. Our driver is rude and will withhold our mail. USPS informed delivery tells me what's coming daily. I walk outside and no mail. Poor customer service and rude staff.

I go to this particular post office on an occasional basis. This particular day May 15, 2019 I was the next person standing in line to get a money order. The Chinese guy with the glasses was engaging in a negative conversation with a customer (guy). The customer was whispering to him and making negative comments like: She's a bad apple, and the employee was agreeing with him. I'm not stupid, that comment was directed towards me, because they both looked at me and I was the next person to be waited on. I don't care what other people think of me or say about me, but when people make negative comments about someone, I like to address the issue, either in person or publicly. To me that is not good business etiquette for an employee to engage in negative conversation with a customer. I have a problem when people talk about how bad a person is and their life experiences is different from mine and they never walked in your shoes.

We're having a very big issue. We know when our regular mail lady not working because we missed a lot of mail delivered lately. Our mail have been going to a grouchy individual house and he have just put return to sender. We get a call from the sender is your address different. Me,no but then I know whats happening. We're a corner house on Southridge but our mail has been going to holly st same numbers but different streets.
