BECAUSE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION OUR MAILBOXES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO EMERY AND COKESBURY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE PIECE OF MAIL==MONTHLY RENT BILL,MEDS ETC, MY NEIGHBOR CHECKS THE BOX EVERY DAY. ARE YOU HOLDING MY MAIL? THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! THANK YOU

I’m not sure what all can be done, but this is my third contact with the Kilburn branch because of problems with my mail delivery. I was told it was being dealt with, but it’s just gotten worse. He delivers packages and just leaves them on the outside steps. We have an enclosed porch with a mailbox just to the left as you open the porch screen door. That’s where we have had mail delivered delivered for the past 37 years. When he leaves the packages outside on the steps, anyone could walk by or drive by and steal them. I have asked him politely, to please open the porch door and put the mail in the mailbox. He said he would, no problem. He continues to deliver the mail by opening the porch door and throwing the mail across the porch floor. The floor is wet due the snow and the mail gets wet. Yesterday or the day before he delivered a medium size package by leaving it on the outside steps again and was nice enough to set it right under melting Icicles and, of course, the package was wet and soaked from the melting icicles. Luckily the contents were not affected adversely by the water. It's as if he.is doing this on purpose to piss us off. I would appreciate a response back

I was supposed to get a package from the app wish and it said that it came today but I live at 3735 Trilling Ave apt 103 and there is another building in my complex with the same number and I was wondering did the mail man put my package in that mailbox or did they bring it back to the post office

4505 n main apt 113. Your service is a joke. No delivery in weeks. Spoke with management many times and given promises that I would get my mail and still nothing.

The mail carrier has refused to deliver our mail. Called many times to management, they say don't worry we spoke with them and your mail will be delivered. 8 months of back and forth, 1 job lost in our family because of it and still nothing! This is why people don't want to use the service anymore. Unreliable is an understatement!

Do not ever deliver mail or packages on Time always send my items back or keep them for they self. I am tired and I will hire a terrorist to blow that business up. So keep playing with me The city of Rockford hospitals “officials”. Not superstitions just facts that my mail is getting played with.

Recently, for many years our mailman of many years of delivery retired. He did excellent job..New mailman is stuffing packages into mailbox that is hard to get package out. It's causing mailbox door not to want to stay closed. If wind blows it could cause mail to fly out of mailbox. Also I understand that they get swamped this time of year, that mail comes at different times. Sometimes it could be nightfall.Leaving packages by garage door . I don't often go to check mail at night. If I don't see package by garage door ,others driving, walking by may. I don't want someone else to get packages. It's just a few steps to front door from garage and sidewalk is cleared to be able to place package by front door and doorbell does work if there is issues concerning packages to be left at my house. Please see that whoever has taken over route deliveries of mail,packages, does better method of deliveries. If this continues my mailbox may no longer want to stay closed. That eventually I would need a replacement of mailbox.Will I get replacement from your company because mailman caused the mailbox damage. Just trying to avoid packages from being taken from others because packages were left at garage and trying to avoid replacing mailbox due to the stuffing packages in mailbox .Please talk to mailman to stop delivering this way, problems that could be avoided.

you need to clear your automated message, nothing there to talk to manager, . 2 weeks ago I walked in with our apt small lobby complaining about our regular mailguy throws adds on floor and we have oldd r people that walk with walkers and canes to get mail and slide with papers all over floor again not 5 minutes ago he came and threew adds on floor please tell him to be real he knows persons in this bldg., and cares less this goes on 2 times aweek what happened to safety??? 11-30-2018 I did show manager female pics of floor

We did not get mail delivered on Thursday, June 22nd & Thursday, June 29th. I reported it to the carrier on Tuesday, June 20th, no response from the postal service. Please advise
