I didn’t get any mail got 1 1/2 weeks. Then a worker at the post office brought it over in a large bin. That was 2 days ago. I haven’t gotten any mail since. I had no problems getting my mail for the first 3 1/2 years I’ve lived here. Now suddenly, no mail! What’s going on?
I have not gotten any mail in the last four days. My bank issued me a replacement debit card on 6/24. It never came to my home. Anything to do with financials has “mysteriously” disappeared from my mail in the last week. Would like to know what the hell is going on here. Can someone tell me? I’m not even getting junk mail. So please can somewone fix this shit hot mess?
I am seriously thinking proceeding with a lawsuit against this facility. So far we are missing so many mails that is not even worth it listing it. We are missing 2 checks from the state of Illinois worth 2,000 dollars. We are missing tax forms from State of Illinois and other very important documents. This is serious!!!
for over 15 years our mail person has been Chuck Rizzo and mail was here by 10 a.m. Lately we either don't get any or, like today (2/20) it's 3:30 and not here yet.

I work for Grand Trunk 8136 Monticello, Skokie, IL 60076. I get a pick up everyday for packages between 2:30 and 4. On 3/13. Nobody showed up. This happens too often. I called at 4 and told them and they said someone would be right over. I waited 45 min and called again. No answer at 4:45. I left with my packages sitting here. At least they could tell me no one was coming instead of saying we'll be right over.
It says on your site to call to make appointment for passports. They said it's done online. Looked at the site she gave USPS.com and it does not give that option. So do we call the Skokie post to make appointment or not?
