I have called and called got no answer I'm curious on a package that is supposed to be delivered but it says it's to be dropped off at the front door, I live in a high-rise and I have sat down there they never give me a time, and I got the app for tracking but it still won't give me a time and I'm in a wheelchair so if it goes back to there place I absolutely no way to get it. I need help
I received a text and emailing stating my package was delivered. It was not delivered. I don’t understand how the carrier can mark something delivered when it’s not. It’s a terrible inconvenience and having to go in to the annex or try to get someone on the phone on a Saturday is impossible.
I tried calling annex on Sangamon at 4:00 PM - no answer on either phone line. Every time I call there is no answer.
I have not been receiving the coupons that are usually delivered monthly. Just curious why all the sudden they have stopped. These are not addressed to me specifically but they are usually addressed to our zip code. Is this something that has stopped or just the PO not delivering?
Once AGAIN dont get packages on saturday , leave letters and no package , say Undeliverable no access , yet the letter seemed to make it? , no notice left for p/u , Do you just hate me Saturday? , super frustrating , we do have a doorbell at the office 15 feet away , regular weekly service no issues , just on Saturdays , Did I do something to your special little elf? , maybe put it on a weekly shift? ,bad idea , I would never get my stuff then , very confusing.
