The woman who deserves my Mail takes out Mail and returns to the post office because she says the mailbox is too small. She used to bring Mail to my door because she has a key to the LOCKED downstairs door but now she refuses to go inside the building. On several occasions I have tipped her for bringing my Mail up to my door, I am disabled and it was Great that she would bring it up to me, I have given her 20 and 50 dollar tips on several occasions, but now, even though she has a key, she will not bring it to my door anymore.
Our mailbox that is post office owned was knocked down. We have to go in get our mail. I can only go once a week and this week I was told I had no mail which is just not possible as I get mail daily. I get the local ads and coupons every Tuesday. When is this going to get fixed Persimmon Court Barlett.
My mail keeps missing from my box i get notifications in my email that tells me what's being delivered today and this is the 2nd time my mail is missing and some of the mail is VERY important either it's being delivered to someone else or not being delivered at all...Why? This very frustrating I'm in Who do I contact about missing mail? I'm in Bartlett and Streamwood is where our mail is sorted and being delivered from?

I'm 226 E. Shag bark lane Streamwood IL. The mail person keeps placing our mail in other neighbors box instead of in ours. Also placing incorrect mail in my box, this has been happening for a year now. It's very frustrating because we do not want our important mail missing. Who do we contact about this????

I live in 7178 Hawthorne lane in Hanover Park IL and today two of my mail ;important from Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and my husband union SEIU were found in the ground in my front yard why????

Who can help me get my correct mail on a more regular basis? Oakland Drive, Streamwood, IL - 9 out of 10 times someone has my mail and I have theirs - this has been going on a bit too long. . Thank you.
