Our regular carrier is very good, which the only reason I gave this 2 stars. The problem is with the Sub--on numerous occasions he is not stopping to see if we have outgoing mail. He said he doesn't stop if he doesn't have mail for us and I explained (for at least the 4th time) that because we are a Business he needs to stop to see if we have mail going out. I have talked to him about this on other occasions, but today he denied all of our talks and walked away very disrespectfully. We pay more for mail service and get worse service as time goes on.
I Have to go in there a couple of times a week ... and every time it doesn't fail there are always lines and customer service is an Uknown term to ALL in there!
But this topped it today.... My husband walked in he was there before the doors opened so he was the FIRST person that walked in there..all he wanted was to help him mail his passport application and all we needed was to make sure it was completed properly. She gave no attention she told him to stay on the side to address an envelope that was priority.. Ignored him even he was waiting there and until he said do i get a turn yet?
All i have is problems i keep getting mail in my po box that is not ours and still happening .. How many times do we need to address a problem. You are paying them to be ignorant that is it - nothing else.
Shame shame shame for such a small, beautiful city to have this shameful post office.

i ordered a package 9/18/2023 and it has been shipped to this mailing facility on 09/23/2023 updated on 09/25/2023 arrived back at this facility on09/29/2023. its going a week since my package has arrived at this facility. Now its 10/01/2023 and my package has not moved since, and I live in St. Louis Mo. Someone please tell why are yall mailing facility is not function correctly.
order something from china, got shipped out within 3 days, estimated delivery date was 4/5/23 its 2 days later (4/7/23) and still no package, checked tracking and said package is being held here, got shipped out then at some point, returned here, very unsatisfied like the rest of these reviews

It’s unacceptable that you guys aren’t sending our packages out. My package shouldn’t have been there for nearly 3 weeks. We don’t order things just to never received them.
Mine has literally been sitting there since the 9th. This is insane and I haven’t gotten anyone to answer either.

Could please tell your mail carriers to stop shoving oversize packages into my mailbox instead of putting them by my door?? It's easy for them to shove them in but I have a very hard time trying to get them out!
The worst customer service since Comcast. Have not seen ANY mail since December 27, 2021. Went in to speak to someone, got the "company line". Asked if I could just pick up my mail, they said sure if I call first. I have been calling since 8:30am and no one is answering. Have left 13 emails to Customer Support requesting a phone call. Thus far, crickets.
It not bad enough that they don’t deliver mail for days then try to catch up and skip the first day they missed. Now for a second time they are ignoring a mail hold. There is no way to reach them via phone and the wait in line is over an hour
This is the worst mail service I have ever had. No mail for 4/5 days if you are short staffed bring others in from another po. Rain sleet ur snow that is what you say but not true!
We live at 6304 Taylor Dr Woodridge and we are having our drive way and walkway torn up and concrete being placed. Today on my house video camera we noticed the postman walking on the wires they laid before the concrete and I don't want him hurt or anything broke or wrecked. How do we get our mail put on hold till this is complete. Once they lay the concrete down he will not be able to walk on our driveway or sidewalk. Please advise.

Regarding tracking number 74892700221231130513, this package was supposedly delivered to the clubhouse/rental office at Prentiss Creek Apartments on November 19. However, neither BH property management nor Parcel Pending has any record of receiving the parcel in question. Also, whomever I initially spoke to on November 25 was extremely rude and reluctant to assist me. I am not accusing anyone of theft but I did not receive the package or any notification from the office at Prentiss Creek.
Cleared up by phone immediately with a very helpful and professional employee. Confusion was caused by a shipping error on Amazon's part. I feel like a bit of an ass. I retract my comment below in most part. Not entirely, but in most part. :)
Nearly every single time I've placed an order through Amazon (about 5-6 in total now over the course of the last couple years) there has been some kind of tracking and shipping complication while being processed at this USPS location as a result of either inaccurate tracking numbers in their database or a failure on their part to recognize my address. (which is hilarious to me because when I enter my address as it is always written for them, into Google Maps, it shows me exactly where it is) The first 4 orders I simultaneously placed a while back made it to this facility on schedule but I only received 1. The other 3 were returned to their senders and I was forced to wait an extra 5 days or so for my packages to be irritably sent back by their sellers. 1 of those 3 actually took an absolutely unacceptable extra 2 WEEKS to finally arrive. (i confirmed that the seller on this package re-shipped promptly after it was returned to them in just 3 days. so that was 2 weeks or so of USPS treating my package as if it was extremely low-priority mail after foolishly mishandling it.) I received some respectfully heated e-mails from these sellers, understandably, as a result of the inadequacy of this facility's staff. I was forced to apologize to these sellers for this facility's mistakes. Now shortly after noon just yesterday, I placed my 5th and 6th orders, chose on Amazon to have these orders consolidated into a single package and opted for the single-day delivery. On Amazon's order tracking page I am told that the package had made it to this facility around an impressive 5:00 AM this morning. It is now currently about 2 hours past the delivery deadline of 9:00 PM that was stated and I am concerned that this might be a repeat of what happened before. That these amateurs returned my package to its seller because they couldn't figure out how to use GPS. Again. I am making a visit to this facility first thing in the morning, immediately after it opens, to clear this up in person. And I swear to God if they sent it back, someone on the staff here is going to have their morning ruined.Re-staffing is desperately needed at this location. Unless you enjoy headaches, avoid this facility at all costs.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID I waited in line for 10 minutes to get my passport processed. When it was finally my turn, the guy tells me that I need to come back tomorrow morning at 10 because they aren't taking any passport applications right now, and that I should call first in the morning to make sure it can be done tomorrow.So, after walking out puzzled, I check my iphone and look up this post office's passport hours, and it CLEARLY states they process passports till 5:00 pm - it was only 4:30 when it was my turn to be seen! I understand that they were a little busy, but they still have should accommodated me since I was still in the proper service hours.
This store is horrible!!! Big line and only one person assigned. Too bad. I've been on the line for one hour now. We are about 30 people in the line!!!!!
