Never used USPS...3 weeks transformed my life terribly. after 2 months nothing and nobody answers my question and the agent said the problem is in Brazil, But I didn't pay anything in Brazil, It is NOT my trouble, subcontractor it is the responsibility of them NOT mine. Old costume, saying that the problem is another. I will go to the TV to show their irresponsibility about my package.

Sadly whoever my carrier is don’t get that “hold” means to hold and NOT deliver. Then when the release to hold is done and scheduled mail delivery resumes then my mail still remains on hold. I’ve called and gave direct orders and still they don’t do it. Really not understanding this at all. So furious !!

Do not use the Brazil Post Office if you have something important - because even if you pay for priority mail like I did on April 24, 2017 for 3 day delivery - there is a good chance your package will not be delivered as my package was not delivered to San Diego and No one can tell me where it might be.. No wonder USPS is a losing money operation.. Incompetent.. Would best describe this operation.. Good luck to you all..
