I’ve tried to call 8 times & I get hung up on each time. You guys said that I had a package delivered when I didn’t & I have camera evidence to prove so. So now my friends birthday present is lost in the mail, my money for it is gone, & you a**holes are doing nothing to fix it.

I received an email from my ex husband that he had received a letter that was addressed to me at my address in his mailbox. This had my correct address on it, not his. I would like to know how it ended up at his house. This could have been a very bad situation since it had personal financial information in it that someone could get into my banking and other financial accounts. He did open it before he realized that it wasn't his mail. This mistake must have happened in the processing department, but should absolutely been caught by the person who delivered this piece of mail. My mail goes thru the Wabash postal office and his goes thru Diamond valley in evansville, in. I tried to call Diamond Valley over a half dozen times only to hear it ring and then a busy signal everytime when patched thru to the operator. I guess they just don't bother answering calls during business hours. This mistake could had cost me many thousands of dollars if it had landed in the wrong hands. I know that speed means a lot in your business but accuracy should mean more. This needs to be addressed with all employees concerned. This could had financially ruined me or anyone else that this may had happened to. My ex knows all the info he would had needed with this to totally clean my accounts out if he was that type of person to do so!

My 92 year old mother live at 1313 east illinois st in Evansville Indiana. She pays all her bills by mail. She has had outgoing mail in her mail box for 3 days with the flag up and it has not been picked up. The mailbox is literally less than 5 steps from the sidewalk. If she is charged a late fee for not paying on time I will gladly forward the bill to the postmaster and the lazy damn postal worker. If I had that attitude at work I would be fired

Sunday July19th waited all day for an amazon package at 5:30 pm got a text message from the post office saying it was delivered. well NO package about 6:00 p.m.the kind gentleman on East Tennessee pulled up with our package, this is not the first time our mail has been delivered to his house the mail plainly states east and west on it what is the problem??? Also sometimes our mail comes before noon other times after 6pm I order medicine through the mail so this obviously concerns me. This is on a regular basis not just every once in a while. Thankyou. Jeanne Goodman WEST Tennessee st.

This is not a review but a question. I have a lot of bubble wrap and I was wondering if you would like it if I can donate the bubble wrap? I am just asking since I know how pricey the wrap can be.

ZIP CODE: 47711 On November 8th my wife seen the mail truck pull into parking lot, sit there like he was sorting mail then drove off. She yelled where is my mail? He asked the address then said here it is, than apologized. Started to leave, she asked what about these 10 other Townhouses? He started looking then said (F) it. Than drove off. This was not are regular mail carrier. A holiday sub. that wanted to get to his holiday weekend. He is not a people person and should not be working for the USPS.

Our mail lady refuses to deliver our mail on Saturdays because of our work van parked on the street. She has left papers stating that no vehicles are to be parked within 13 feet of the mailbox. We understand, but the van is parked well over 20 feet away. It's a full two car driveway away, yet she still refuses to deliver our mail on Saturdays. My husband even went out to talk with her to make sure the van was parked where she didn't have to back up and she wouldn't talk to him and drove away. We are very frustrated!!!

Today October 2, 2018 Approximately six weeks ago I delivered an envelope to the addressed to the station manager at the diamond valley post office. Inside that envelope was a letter from me requesting I be allowed to relocate my mailbox on Anthony Dr. Also in the envelope was a letter from my doctor giving medical reasons I should be allowed to move my mailbox closer to my house. Also included in that envelope was a sketch with very accurate measurements of the present and proposed locations of my mailbox. It has been six weeks since I delivered that envelope. Two weeks ago after hearing nothing I tried to call the diamond valley post office. It rang It rang. And it rang. Then it hung up. Today at 2:20 pm I tried calling again. This time I decided since it rang 24 times after the recording said “your call will be answered by the first available” and it hung up I decided to write this What does it take to get a reply from these people Copy of this going to Congressman Buschon

Requested my mail held and resume delivery never happened even though it was requested. My second attempt at holding mail was not held and delivered throughout the period of time it was supposed to be held. During that hold mail delivery time attempt was made to deliver a package twice. Upon return home I have tried repeatedly to call the US post office on diamond Avenue and the line rings a few times then just hangs up on me
