I dropped a package off March 24. It's still showing "pre-transit". No one answers the phone. I can't get any information, except advice to start a claim. The receiving post office called me, saying they had no info. Of course they didn't; the package hasn't moved. All I want to know is where the package.
I am extremely pissed, they have not deliver my mail for 4days I get my medicine by maili tracked it to my local post office at north crest, they said they attempted to deliver it,I know they didn't I watch that mailbox everyday,so waited one more day,to my horror the mail truck came down my street, put mail in 1mailboxbthat he didn't have to get out the truck to deliver, and peeled off, since could not reach my mailbox from his truck he made no attempt to deliver my mail, and also my meds where supposed to be delivered to my door , because there supposed to be signed for,so even if he couldn't deliver to the box,he was supposed to knock on my door and have me sign for my life saving meds, now I am out of meds, and I have to put my life in danger by going to the post office,I am expecting the run around there to.
Horrible experiences with this particular station. When our regular carrier is off, our entire office park either goes without service or the service is bloody late. To compound the issue, when you try calling the station they either have the phone off the hook, or simply do not answer. Weekend service when our regular carrier is off is hit or miss. Despite filing complaints over the years, service has only continued to decline.
Received notice that the request to forward my mail would be effective November 17, 2020. Have yet to receive any forwarded mail, despite have notices from USPS Informed Delivery email that lots of first class mail has been received at the home address. Telephoned the Northwood Post Office this afternoon. Spoke with a female employee who told me that the person who takes care of forwarding my mail is ill and "probably" would be back next week. There has been 14 days when mail was being delivered since my forward went into effect. I am truly puzzled that the USPS has no mechanism in place to take care of duties when someone is ill. Does anyone respond to this email?
Received call from Greg Smith regarding a package that was not delivered. Tried to call back at number he called from, no answer. Tried again no answer. Tried main number. No Answer. How can we resolve if no one answers.
I don't think we're getting all our mail here in our home in Buckingham Addition. Have had a couple small problems in the past which I was too lazy to complain about but have to complain this time. We did not receive our corporate business card bill for May and were being denied use because of non payment. I always pay our bills as soon as they come. Straightened it out with the bank but would appreciated you checking into my complaint. We live at 5806 Bell Tower Lane, 46815.
I’m so disappointed! I got a package today with glass. The glass was completely shattered. The box has such a huge indent it looks lime it was thrown or kicked. I’ve been trying to call for hours and no one will answer. Don’t trust them with any packages!!
Keep your website updated. Arrived at Northwood Plaza Post Office, Fort Wayne, Indiana at 8:00 am to ship a package. At 8:57 am the doors still were not open and 20 people were waiting in line to do business. Not sure what the problem is, but this is why we will be doing business with UPS. Very frustrated; my time is worth something and waiting for an hour when your website says you open technically at 7:45 am. Then 20 people in front of me, how long will that take, more of my time. If you are going to open your doors at your convenience, then just say closed. If someone is sick and they don't show up, someone should put a note on the door. People will probably wait til noon when you "close"; guess we can't say close when you never opened. AND your 1800 ask USPS line sucks too. spent 10 minutes just trying to talk to someone and gave up. oh and the 427-7315 number, isn't accepting calls. WOW what a shocker. Your service SUCKS 100%. You have people working for you that CAN NOT read addresses properly. Case in point; over the last month and a half your people delivered several of our (Christmas) packages to the wrong address, it happened again January 12th. I came to your office on the 13th and talked to a supervisor about this problem. He said they scan the package when it's delivered, well it wasn't in my mailbox!! Yet again they effed up and gave it some other address. I should not have track down my items because of the morons you hire that can't see or read! I just wasted money on my item thanks to your incompetence!
