I did not know who to speak to about this. The parking lot seems to be a mine field with pot holes!! I keep waiting thinking that it will get fixed but it isn't ! Please Please have the parking lot fixed!!!

I live on Boy Scout Road, just South of 56th Street. Our mail is delivered ridiculously late, generally 7:30 to 9:00 PM. Several times I have received the emailed pictures of letters you have apparently received for me, but they are not delivered that day. I received pictures of letters to me Monday morning that were not delivered that day or today. These included a letter from my doctors' offices. I cannot comprehend this. The US Mail was never meant to be sporadic.

I live in Briar Creek. Our postwoman was replaced approximately 6 months ago. She was fantastic. Courteous, conscientious, and timely, arriving around 11:00 everyday. Her replacement is completely horrible! Arrives between 4-5 pm (if at all!). Several days recently, not even showing up. My mail is mixed into my neighbor’s slots and vice versa. Good thing that I’m a nice neighbor, because I personally take their mail, that is delivered in my box, to their homes. Some of my mail has arrived so late, I’ve been charged late fees on bills. One day the supervisor was in a separate car, observing this new guy. Red flag!!! PLEASE…..get someone to deliver to these neighborhoods that can place the mail in the correct mailboxes!!!!

The worst post office ever, I have had to report this post office to consumer affairs 2 times now, they do not deliver mail on a regular schedule and they do not ever answer the phone. I know they are not answering the phone because everyone in this neighborhood is calling to find out where the mail is. They have not delivered mail in this area for 3 days now, I see them only deliver packages. Something needs to be done.

This is concerning a carrier from the Lawrence, McCoy St Post Office Jason our mail carrier is phenomenal! He truly goes above and beyond in the service he performs. We thank him for all his professionalism. We so appreciate him!

We have not received mail for the last two days nor has our mail been picked up. When we do get mail there is frequently either a letter or sometimes a package that is not addressed to our address. The postal service is becoming a joke.

I have not received package yet that was supposedly delivered May 7th at 10:45 am. Tracking 1Z68223YYW28557530 by local post office in Lawrence based on the info I have. Can you tell me where is it?

We rarely have a consistent carrier, but within the last 2-3 weeks I have noticed a package left at a neighbors mailbox, but on the ground. Then yesterday 04.27.20, I received a package that was shoved into the mailbox that was too small for the box, but she got it to fit! It had fragile on the box and the glass inside was broken. Please review delivery process with employees.

Please ask your mail carriers to please look carefully at the address so that the right people can receive their mail not their neighbors,This has become a recurring problem

For about a year now we have not been getting our mail on a timely basis. We might get it at 11am or at 8 pm. Sometimes we do not get mail for a couple of days. My bills are not getting to me when they should or they are being delivered to someone else, thus they are returned to sender saying wrong address. I have been at this address for forty years and this is has been very upsetting.

I had a package that I needed to pick up at the Lawrence P.O. When I went in I was the only customer. The only employee at the counter told me he was going to go to lunch and couldn't help me. He directed me to a blue door and told me to ring the bell. I rang the bell several times, but waited 18 minutes for someone to come to the door. By the time I left, there were 12 other people in line in the lobby all waiting for service. All of them were as frustrated as I was. Your service is ridiculous.
