*Would you please convey to the Mail Carrier to ensure that the mail is picked up daily.
*We have a buzzer for access to the building at the front entrance if the Carrier will simply press the buzzer, we will ensure that the door is unlocked so they can enter.
*They must press the buzzer so we know they are at the entrance and we will release the locked doors.
There are frequent days our outgoing mail is not picked up and that is unacceptable for any business. I tried calling this morning, but no one answered the phone.

Tom is the BEST mail carrier we have ever had. Friendly, sociable while being professional and punctual. He never disappoints and goes beyond in servicing our small business. He IS the postman who delivers thru "rain and snow and sleet and hail." We're pretty sure Tom's attentiveness has nothing to do with the candy treats (nod, nod, wink, wink!).
Delivery person to our office is constantly on the phone. You never know if she's talking to you or someone else. She rarely gets the mail here before 4pm. Her subs are able to get the mail delivered before noon, typically. They seem to be totally disorganized and SLOW!
Horrible service have money the mail for a purchase of a vintage piece has been a week can’t talk to anyone to try to find it the carrier just threw it on his floorboard of his vehicle and was pissed because he had to work late so guess I’m out my money and my purchase and we can trust mail in voting 😂 what a joke
The mail delivery service to my office is horrible. Today was another typical day with no delivery. NONE! Being a business I have outgoing mail as well as incoming. The service is unreliable. I constantly receive other people's mail, God only knows when I will receive my mail. It's tough to be a business and have to rely on USPO. Thru many years of complaining nothing seems to have been improved.
The delivery people are typically talking on the phone... personal calls, I assume. Our person can't seem to deliver mail before 4pm... although her subs are able to deliver before noon. Go figure.

I really appreciate the Nora Post Office. The counter help is top rate, friendly, and knowledgable. I read several reviews about mail not arriving at their usual time. This time of year, the number of residences they have to deliver to increases at least 50%. Many people rarely get mail. If want to keep our Post Office in Nora, stop paying your bills online, mail them. Send a letter instead of an eMail. Many thanks to Juan, Jen, & Andy. On approximately Oct 24th I mailed a bill via my mailbox in front of my house to Infinity/Comcast that was never received and had to stop payment on the bill as well a then pay it over the phone. then yesterday, 11/13, put a bill in my mailbox at approximately 4pm , and put the flag up, and there it still sits. Mind you I am one of the last 3-4 people on our route and normally the mail comes anywhere from 5:30 to 6:30 at night and I find it hard to believe after Veterans Day I got absolutely no mail and my bill was not picked up.
Awful service. Vacation service mail delivered the first day, not delivered the day it was supposed to be. I called to make sure it would be delivered and was assured it would be. When I called to report it was not delivered I was again assured it would be the following day and was told the supervisor would call this morning to let me know. I was not called. I called and was told I was speaking to the manager was in charge of finance then when I requested a supervisor was given the 800 number. So I guess there is no way to complain directly to Nota. After 8 minutes I am still waiting to speak to someone directly.
I live in the Nora post office area. We did not get our mail on Tuesday 1/17. When our mail comes it's never at a consistent time I don't understand the service. Most of the time it comes after 7:00 in the evening. We use to get it earlier, but now it seems to come later and later. Thanks you for listening.
I live in Fountainhead Apt. we have lock boxes and at the bottom is a larger box to put bigger mail in. We are not able to unlock this box half the time the mailman has even tried and could not open it. We have asked him to see about getting it fixed and nothing has been done about it. I receive my Meds.by mail and if we cant get the door open then I cant get my Meds.
Horrible service supervisor cussed me out and used profanity when I asked him simple questions.Can not help you with anything but give you a 1-800 number to call and gives you a run around.Never will go back again
Letter with payment check mailed at Nora PO on 5/20/17 to zip code 46250 but has not been delivered as of 5/27/17. This is the second payment mailed to same address that has not been delivered. First payment mailed 5/8/17.
I dropped 4 packages to be returned to original destination and none of the packages have made it. It has been over 4 weeks now. No way to track and they did not provide me with a tracking number but directed me to put the packages in a large bin. It was over $400 worth of property that they have lost or someone took. I will not be using this Post Office again.

46280. We have been in Florida for 16 days and no mail. Finally reached someone at USPS and was advised our problem was Nora Post Office. I am appalled at the lack of consideration in this matter while there have already been three automatic money deductions for the service. Incredible and some of my mail is medications. I wish I could have the local media tie into this.
