Literally, the worst post office in Indy. Dirty, unkempt outside lot with tall weeds, dirty outdated lobby, the self-service kiosk does not work at all times, plus is out of receipt paper often, the drop-off chute in the lobby has been out of order for well over a year now, this location is staffed by apathetic employees who really show no concern about whether mail gets delivered at all.

Your park Fletcher office sucks. My checks were stolen out of your outside mail box on May 2. Second I put a hold on my mail for 6-8 to 6-24. Checking my mailbox it had a paper showing what my hold dates were but someone wrote resume on 6-17...My mail box was full. Can't this office do anything right

We have the worse mail carrier. We have sent numerous complaints in and nothing has been done. She with holds our mail when I have it set up to where I receive email alerts of what mail Im receiving but yet its not accurate the pics of mail I got yesterday. I got today I was to receive 2 packages in mail yesterday it even says was delivered in mail box at 10:30am she didnt even come til 3:34pm only got 1 package but yet when i called got dam recording says the other one was the one that was delivered in box not that number nope so now i have a dam package of medication blood pressure meds that i need like now floating around who knows where. Just tried calling park Fletcher guy was rude told me to call back Monday. Yeah if im not in the hospital due to my blood pressure being high as hell and out of my medicine. I was on hold yesterday w them for over 1 hour i am so dam pissed. I need my medicine..this is such bull shit. I will be filling yet another complaint but this time it wont just be against the driver. I want her ass fired this is the last straw.....

Worst mail service in the country. Not one employee could explain why that can’t deliver a simple box that was supposed to take 3 days took a week never can reach a manager. I read other reviews and I’m not the only one that thinks ur branch sucks. Will be using fedex or ups at least ur items get mailed thru them

I went in to ask where my envelope was and they told me the supervisor would call me the next day. 2 days later I called since not receiving a call and was on hold for 33 min and then drove in there on hold just before they closed. Then got back on the phone when they found out I was now in the lobby. I've got the feeling they hoped the end of the day would come before they had to handle this. Took repeated phone calls/visits to get answers. Every time they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about and have to explain what happen. Was told it was probably stolen until found out they delivered to wrong address. She gave me the address and told me to go get it myself. She told me both addresses had the word River in them so that's why it happen. Even though the numbers aren't the same and none of the other words. She tried to pass me off on to other managers who just directed me back to her. I'm extremely disappointed in this branch all around terrible way of handling problems and nonchalant approach to mistakes they make. It must be real nice having a monopoly on mail delivery and able to tell people to go fix our mistake for us. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I will gladly pay for ups shipping any chance I can for now on. If I could cancel all mail from usps I would. A year ago I had a pair of shoes that the driver put a vacation hold on because they didn't want to walk them to the door. Thankfully I had a tracking number and called the office. They blamed it on me even though I was receiving all my other mail. I have never put a vacation hold on my mail. It's a joke how this is run. I see why the usps was having financial trouble few years ago. The service and management at some locations is a joke. I would suggest a better hiring process or better yearly review process. There is no way the usps would be in business if there was another mail delivery option.

I'm sorry that you all have had trouble with your mail. I have not. My mailman comes every delivery day at the same time. I have seen many boxes together. So get over it. Be happy that you get it delivered. If you don't like it then get a box at the post office.

This is the worst postal service I have ever received anywhere I have lived. I don't think I've seen the same mail carrier more than once and today when my mail didn't run I tracked down another carrier who stated" Oh he called off today, you may not even get your mail today. This is completely unacceptable. I run an online business and this is costing me money. Should I just start back billing the PO?

We are a business. Our mail NEVER comes at the same time. Today, it is nearly 4:30 PM and we still haven't received our mail. We cannot run a business without our mail correspondence arriving at a reasonable time. There have been some days we have had to leave mail in the box because it was after hours and it still was not here!!! In this neighborhood it is not safe to leave checks or other business information when no one is around. Not to mention the neighbor's mailbox across the street is exactly next to ours and there is a different mail carrier. how stupid id that? He always delivers at a reasonable time. It makes no sense to me why two mail carriers would be at the exact same place every day!

Not real happy had a certified letter and was home both times when it was tried to be delivered and I didn't here a mailman knock on my door. I called and was told they didnt have to knock on my door. They act like I am suspost to be waiting on the mail man even though the mail never comes at the same time. No wonder the us mail service is going broke.
