i find it commendable that the post office hires the severally mentally handi capable but i wish they could find some better over sight for them instead of letting them run themselves
Frequently leaves mail in the wrong mailbox. I have repeatedly pointed out that Shelton Dr and Senior Ct are not the same street, but it continues to happen that I receive mail for the wrong # and street.
Today, a package that has been in transit for 2 weeks arrived at the Shelbyville Post Office. I received a text that said the package was delivered to my mailbox. I immediately checked and it wasn't there. Wrong address again. This was a very important package to me.
i live on sunset drive and i just found two bill i sent and saw mailcarrier get in my yard at side of my house this is not the first time they lost a very special picture i sent to my aunt in kentucky they lost my car payment which put a bad mark on my credit and it took a month for my light payment to get there so i had to pay it again we need something done about this and fast
Shelbyville has taken over my mail delivery and has lost a package already. I have tried to get help with this and have received absolutely the worst customer service ever. She ( the Supervisor) acts put out to speak to me, she is rude, and is definitely not an asset to tje Post Office. Im getting a POBox, but not in Shelbyville.
I have a scheduled shipment for a year for every other day. The USPS worker in Shelbyville Indiana has failed yet again to pick up my packages. I now have customers that have to wait until Tuesday before their package will be picked up. The email I got says they were unable to find my packages which is crap because they were and are still on my porch (exactly where the email I got saying they attempted to pick up the packages). This is not the first time this has happened to me. It is sad that they USPS has employees that do not care about their customers. Too bad we have no other options for shipping or I would switch in a heat beat.
By and far the worst customer experience. Rude staff unwilling to go the extra mile for a customer. The post office is a service industry, and this one has forgotten that.
