Postal Locations

Mail service here is HORRIBLE! We have a lazy carrier that just won’t deliver mail to our house that won’t fit in the mailbox. Marks it as “not safe to deliver”, leaves it sit on top of our box on a super busy road for it to either fall and get ran over or stolen, or try’s to cram it in anyway and breaks. Can’t reach anyone to complain and when I go to the main site nothing comes of it. I’m so tired of it.

I'm from Chicago and in comparison to West Lafayette it's so much bigger but the postal service here is terrible when I moved here 2years ago my mail didn't come to 7pm and that's ridiculous. Now I know when it snow I don't expect the mail to run but its days and days after and still no mail now I family in Lafayette and they've gotten mail as soon as Friday but here in West Lafayette nothing and what even more puzzling is that the mail carrier came Saturday to deliver packages I just think this issue has become seriously sad and unprofessional and something needs to be done..... Also when you call and ask the rudeness from staff is crazy

I live in a apartment complex and they are more people then me are very upset on how we don't get mail for more than 3 days and yet no mail as of last Thursday so they need to have people who deliver the mail on a regular basis not miss so much mail

Carrier left my mailbox door open, but not every day. The mail falls out or gets wet from rain. Carrier left the mailbox door open at homes on Navaho St. and Happy Hollow Rd. not often.

I have had outgoing mail sitting in my mailbox since Thursday morning, August 13, 2020. WHY have we had NO DELIVERY or PICKUP for 48 hours?? If this is due to our stupid president, he should be removed from office for tampering with the USPS!!

I’m getting tired of receiving my mail ripped and wadded up. Sometimes it looks like the carrier wadded it in a ball and sat on it throughout their entire route. This needs to be remedied.

I live in senior housing in West Lafayette. Been here 1 yr in June. I just got a pile of mail in my box dated back to April 7th !!!!!!! This is the second time this has happened. Do you need to get a different carrier? Or retrain the one you have Would like an answer to the problem. We are talking about ME getting late bills Pretty upset about this

I am very frustrated with our mail service I have been trying to receive a package and I’m in a wheelchair over the last two weeks they have gave me several letters saying that my package they tried to deliver my package to my house and each time I’ve been here and they haven’t had the package even on the truck what is wrong with the mail carriers today?

I'm wondering when it became accepted for mail delivery personnel to walk across yards, through landscaping, leaping over retaining walls, and leaving mud over a resident's porch. This is a daily occurrence from our regular postal carrier. Where is the professionalism and courtesy for homeowners from the USPS?

Our mail carrier is aweful. She will deliver mail across the street between 1-3pm and then leave our neighborhood then come back around 6-8pm. She is always rude and never consistent. There was one time she wasn’t happy that a visitors car was in front of our mailbox so she threw our mail in our driveway and drove away. We are so unsatisfied with our services from the local office that we have tried many times to complain but never get a call back or response. Pitiful.
