Three times now in 6 months I have had to take time off work to get anything done at this post office! This is a small town but we have several business's and almost 5,000 people in this town. Why is it only open 9:15am-1:15 pm? I'm sure the rude lady in there takes a lunch as well! Please fix this sooner than later!

I have had a letter in my mailbox since Monday with the flag up they are doing construction but my mailbox is still accessible I haven't gotten mail or picked up I have a feeling I'm at the end of the route because when there is a holiday coming up my mail won't get picked up or do I get mail

Adding to my comment today - my mail is not picked up-Lets see how long it takes this mail man 7 hwy Parrallel to do his job 66109 I believe he only delivers maybe once a week- checked with the bank I haven't gotten my notices from July 8 that they mailed out how does one complain to the post office any help would be nice

I have report it the postmaster in the 66104 area about them not picking up the out going mail last Monday. And they keep not picking up the mail on Friday and Saturday.

We have not received mail since Friday March 12th. Informed delivery showed several pieces should have arrived. Last month we didn’t get our Dish bill or ATT bill. Our mailman has been very efficient for years. Has something changed like carrier etc

Often, mail is put in the incorrect mailbox slots where I live. I found out that wrong packages were also left at my house. I literally had to hand walk mail and packages to neighbors and vis-à-versa. I found out that very important information was sent to me on Sept 2020. I never received it. Now, I have a hearing because I didn’t receive the information to respond timely. This issue needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

This is a HORRIBLE Post office,and Nothing Seems to be Done about it,My Neighbors down the street Bring Me My Mail,cause BIG DUMB Mail carriers WONT Place Mail in Correct Mailboxes,I called something like a Corporate office about this,and that Woman was as CRAZY as the People at this Post Office,they NEED to be ON The NEWS,They ALL are TRIFLIN,GHETTO,even the White folk are too,the Corporate office NEEDS to Be found,and CONTACTED,Just TRASH

This place employs some of the rudest people in town. I know it's a prerequisite to work there. I have to go there everyday to pick up mail. I absolutely dread going there...especially to pick up a package. I agree with the previous comment about hiring hood rats....they can't even get the right mail in the right P.O.Box. Where do you get these people? Maybe you should be more selective in your hiring practices. Just a thought!

I’m concerned with the speed our carrier does in our neighborhood. We have a lot of cars that park on the street and lots of young kids. I’ve seen the postal truck make several trips up and down the street. I know her speed is way above the legal limit, but with the obstacles and children popping out, we purposely go slower. It would be greatly appreciated if the Carrier could be asked to slow down in our neighborhoods. Thank you

I have had an issues with the US Post Office for 6 years now, with out any solution! My mailbox lock has been changed a total of 5 times without explanation. I tried to check my mail on Friday and it was changed again. Last month, my lock was changed and my mailbox was given away to another tenant. This person had access to my bank statements and other confidential mail. For the life of me, I can't figure out how this idiotic stuff continues to happen again and again. The Site Mgr claimed the problem was resolved last month. I need my mail now, but was told someone will check the mailbox and get back to me. I have been waiting since 9AM without a call back. I am beyond irate, for 6 years I have had to drive up to Rosdale Post Office about my lock being changed without an order. I have yet to receive an apology for the inconveniences I have suffered. Getting late charges because I got mail late, ect. Someone needs to held accountable!!!

There is a wyandotte west post office/carrier that is marking packages as delivered with tracking numbers that have not been delivered to their destination. I would say once is a mistake but twice in a weeks time is negligence and fraud! It seems the Wyandotte County West post office makes it common practice to hire hood rats and in trust then with delivering our sensitive documents and pacages. I have talked to this specific carrier twice in 4 days and I would be amazed if she can find her own address to make it home each day. She needs to find the unemployment line. Given her ignorance I'm sure she knows where that is. If this is what qualifies as a postal worker we are all in big trouble! I will be taking steps to file a formal complaint and or prosecute.

Horrible service. Edwardsville resident has to go 12 miles to pick up mail, show ID when just paid box rent. Counterman would not sell me a stamp after standing in line for 20 minutes. What are you all going to do about this?
