i dropped of a pkg at this location on 11/7/22 and they still have not scanned my pkg it's a return and I've tried calling this post office and you can never get a answer it always says mailbox is full it's ridiculous I hate even using the post office for anything I rather use UPS but unfortunately this was a prepaid label so I had to use the post office
I called the Shawnee Mission Post office around 11:50 Am on 12/1/22 and asked to speak to the postmaster and this black women said I can't just call and talk to the Postmaster and then she copped an attitude and then I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that I can't call and demand to talk to anyone the arrogant clerk hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I intend to file a complaint about this treatment I just received,
I mailed a birthday card from KCKs with gift enclosed on March 1 for a March 5 birthday to 8001 Beverly Dr 66208 Prairie Village and as of March 22 it still has not arrived. I even put 2 First Class Stamps on it. I mailed another card from same KCK location to an address on Wedd in Overland Park last week and it arrived in 3 days. What is the problem with PV mail delivery. They said this has happened before with wedding gift cards. Can it be tracked?

Try these numbers they should give you better service call the complaints number first let them know that USPS in your location does not allow you to leave messages so you're not able to contact anybody. Horrible. Government agency at it's worse. Unbelievable service. not that this review will do anything to resolve any issue with this post office. Horrible. I have submitted online help. In person help and nothing resolves issues with this specific post office. Shameful. I am a business owner and can get nothing done with this specific location. WAKE UP.
This is not a review, I'm trying to report a problem to the USPS. Even the local number listed for this station doesn't have a voice mail for messages. The box at 43rd and State Line, Westwood, has a big wad of bubble gum, that someone stuck about 4 inches down into the mail shoot. I noticed it when several of my letters weren't sliding down. The letters all had bubble gum stuck to them, with I removed.....mostly. And may stick to other letters when in transit. The postman will likely not notice it from the letter removal door. And then later as I'm itching my eye.....I think holy cow....that was in someones mouth.....viruses.

Call the second number first. Make sure you tell them that the automated telephone number that USPS provides for messages is not working or is always full therefore you cannot leave a message ..... believe it or not this also is a complaint for some people..... One of these phone numbers should be able to help you more effectively hope you have a good day!

THIS FACILITY IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH I WOULD ADVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE TJE PLAGUE. HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH ARE MAIL NOT BEING DELIVERED OFFICIAL STATE BUSINESS THATS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER STATING ITS A NON DELIVERABLE ADDRESS IN WHICH HAVE HAD THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS FOR OVER 10 YRS HAVE MADE 4 ONLINE COMPLAINTS AND HAVE SHOWED UP 3 TIMES PERSONALLY AND EVERYBODY KEEPS PASSING THE BUCK. NEVER THEIR FAULT. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY EVEN HAVE A PHONE NOBODY EVER ANSWERS IT .TOTAL JOKE ILL BE USING FED EX. OR UPS FROM NOW ON. JUST LIKE THE GOVERNMENT TOO SLOW AND TO EXPENSIVE
Beautiful, huh? Telephone numbers that are published yet never answered, or even an e-mail address to send inquiries. Similar to trying to contact a police station for a non-emergency call yet being told to call 911. Regardless, inquiries such as, why does the kiosk in the lobby does not accept all mailing addresses, but yet going to the counter, the address is found but postage is increased for less than a one-ounce envelope to $3.50? Is the extra postage to pay for the attitude of the postal clerk? Or why can the delivery person not place mail in the correct box of an apartment building when the name is on the inside of the box which is clearly visible to the carrier? Just additional reasoning why competition needs to be permitted for the delivery of mail to eliminate a monopoly by the Fed.

Phone rings and rings and rings and then disconnects. This seems to be what usually happens. Very frustrating. It's no wonder their revenues are down. Had a package supposedly delivered by USPS via FedEx. FedEx is hands off and refers me to USPS.
I tried to call this location in Mission on Broadmoor and let the phone ring 30 or more times both calls. I did this 2 times at 10:00 AM and 10:25AM. No one answered. And on the second try No One answered.
