Our postal carrier this past few weeks has been phenomenal, usually delivers between 2-4. He says Hi to everyone while continuously working! I am sure you have had a lot of complaints about our previous postal carrier when we wouldn’t get mail for 3-4 days straight even though we knew we had mail. Also, mail would come anywhere from 7am to 10pm if we got it at all. We leave between meadow lark apartments and pebble brook on Newton 66212. We would really love to keep who we have currently he is doing a fantastic job!
I am very dissatisfied with this Post Office. I got a money order for $850 for my rent and dropped it in their outside box but it never reached its destination. I had to spend another $850 dollars for my rent plus I was charged almost $20 dollars more to see what happened to it. They didn't seem to take it seriously at all or care. I will never go back to this post office.
i have a package to be delilved but that name is misspelled they have wesley it should be lesley daniels...........also they didnt put the apt number it is 8803 carter apt 202 overland park ks 66212
I am EXTREMELY unhappy and frustrated with my mail service!! On a regular basis some of my mail gets delivered to other people (AND I receive mail that isn't mine!). My system for paying my bills is to sit down at my computer as soon as they arrive and pay them. I've had an excellent credit rating (825+) but have recently begun getting notices from creditors that I haven't paid them ... State Farm and Republic Trash Service are 2 specific instances. I will NOT lose my excellent credit rating because these morons can't match an address on a piece of mail with my house number which is posted in large numbers right above my mail box!!!!! Please meet with your carriers and stress how important this issue is!!!
I am VERY unhappy with my mail delivery person, as I am sure my neighbors are also. On the average of at least twice per week, I am receiving my neighbors mail. I have written a number of notes to my mail person and attached them to the incorrect mail, which I have then put back out in my mail box. Today was particularly bad...I received a mail order prescription of my neighbors. Am really, really tired of the TERRIBLE service being received!!
Vivien at this location, very helpful to me in finding a lost piece of important mail. She took the time and made the effort to help me on a busy Friday, plus called with updates twice. I appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude very much. The postal service, very fortunate to have a person of her high caliber in it's employ
