Just came form here to mail taxes. I have to say Martha had a cohort that was helping her then he abruptly left. The line kept getting longer while Martha was left alone to handle the biggest mail day of the year alone ...tax final mail in day. For 40 minutes Martha was by herself handling the huge crowd. Which she did with grace BTW. She called fo her cohort to return to work but no response.
Martha deserves a day off with pay for what you all put her through today. We in line were all angry seeing her work so hard with no assistance. A woman showed up about 40 minutes after her "original" helper left.
All the while Martha politely and cheerfully waited on every client while the line swelled to well over 30 people. One person left to work the desk on such a busy day was cruel and a clear lack of organization at this branch
Again give Martha the credit she deserves....such a hard worker and never complained about the situation you put her in. God Bless her ...a fabulous work ethic... So impressed.
Poor customer service. Watched the lady in front of me be spoken to like they thought a trained monkey was more intelligent. I got up there to say that the self-service machine wasn’t printing my label and was treated the same way. Worker refused to listen to me and was condescending. Apparently even though the banner outside says “print shipping labels here” according to the USPS worker i was “helped” by I have to “do that on my own”.
Nice improvements at Indian Creek location OPKS. The 2 old mailboxes had extensions on them so you could drop off mail with out getting out of your car. Are you going to add extension or replace with mailboxes that have the extension so people don't have to get out of their car? If so when will this happen.
Thanks for addressing this issue.
