Postal Locations

No one will answer the phone ! I called 800 ask-usps and was told I need to call my branch location for help. I’m traveling and can’t go in person. I have 2 prescription packages, with tracking, that says were delivered to my locked mailbox on 1-2-24. The packages are not there, also not on my porch. What can I do ?

no one ever picks up the phone-- tried 4 times--- when the reg. mail man is not on the job-- many delivery problems----sad-- poor customer service

I had a delivery attempt this morning (7-15) and the reason was “mail box full”. The mail box was NOT full and the package to be delivered would not fit in the mail box anyway. It should have been delivered to the front door. I know that it was not because there was no door bell, there was no knock and the was notification stuck to my door. Please let me know when another attempt will be made so that I can watch for it and perhaps help the person in its delivery. Thank you!
