Bad Delivery Service. Highland Park Post Office Not sure what going on with our postal carrier. not delivering to the right address, have had to call the post office to inform them that the carrier had left the community mailboxes open and unlocked, that has happened several times. Not getting some of our mail. I personally have had to take some mail to the right address's, other people have to take mail to the office because mail was left in the wrong box. Not gotten packages because it was delivered to the wrong person. Has done NO to call the post office and when you complain the person that answers the phone is not very sympatric to our problems. And become a little unfriendly when you talk with them about having a problem over and over. the problem just continues... However, the cost of stamps and shipping prices keep going up. I have ended up asking Amazon and other shippers to please stop using the USPS.
