Postal Locations

The post man stuffed an amazon package in my mainbox and I am not able to remove it from the box. I tried calling the Alexandria KY post office but it just rings and then goes to a busy signal for the past 2 days. I need the Alexandria KY post office to remove my package from my mail box and deliver it to my door step instead. Thanks.

I have not received a package that tracking shows delivered Wednesday July 27. I've tried to call the Alexandria, Kentucky post office for three days. The phone just rings and rings and no one answers the phone. This is poor delivery service and very POOR service on the part of the people working at this location. May I suggest, these people be replaced by someone who takes their job seriously. Since tracking number shows the package delivered, where is it? Their inability to answer the phone for three days is on a par with their delivery of a package.

I have lived at the same location for 17 years. The mail lady rolls up in the driveway and lays on the horn??? I have a front and back porch but she doesn't want to get out of her vehicle. What if I'm not home??? She tells you to report items stolen that say delivered. Luckily a neighbor normally drops the package off. Sometimes its 2000+ worth of insulin or test strips. Things billed thru insurance that are not easily replaced!!! Her reviews are terrible!! On going issue for years! Then when she sees a review you will not get a package. You will get a redeliver slip!! She can try and make it harder and I'm sick of it!!! She use to control my unemployment checks and deliver at her convenience out of pure spite! This is ridiculous! I'm sure alot of people would live to have her job!!!
