On Monday July 15th, 2024 our mail was not delivered to our business apparently the substitute Josh Wright did not deliver our mail or packages. Please make him aware of our business, we need our mail.

You may as well remove the phone number from the website because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer a call at this location! RIDICULOUS!

Why is mail not being picked up Or delivered on Hunters Trace? May 12, 2023

I have a package saying delivered 3/31/23 I was outside that day and got my mail just when it ran. There was no package it was a very important package. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone at my local office. I am disabled and can’t stand in the line at the post office

I have not had a problem until recently. My packages being delivered on the street as whomever is doing the deliveries now is to LAZY to put them up at the door!!! Now…a package that is important has been marked DELIVERED and it wasn’t THERE!!! Supposedly at 3:20 am?? Are you kidding me??? NEVER had a problem with my regular mail person…these temps are USELESS!!!! Heaven forbid ANYONE answers the phone in there!!!

Called 7x. Rings at least 70 times and hangs up. Nice service

Why is the mail not collected or delivered daily at The Cottages, Cardwell Lane, Frankfort, KY? We haven't had collection for at least 2 days now...or delivery. Asking for a relative who lives there.

I did not even try calling the Frankfort Post Office, no use. They NEVER answer the phone. This is the second time I have had to place a complaint for the same reason. This is a BUSINESS. We NEED our mail picked up whether you have mail to deliver or not. I have mail in the mailbox, with flag up, that's been in there for 2 days now. As much as the mail delivery people get paid, there should not be an issue with them doing their jobs. Also, a package was delivered through USPS and put in the mailbox. The item was a very expensive item, over $7,000. Mail carrier too lazy to bring it in the office. I cannot see our mailbox unless I literally go outside and walk around the corner of the building. One day I watched one mailperson, happened to be a male, stop to deliver the mail a three (3) side by side mailboxes. I just happened to be outside on a break. Believe it or not, he pulled mail from one mailbox, rolled vehicle maybe 5 foot to pull mail out of the other end mailbox (skipping middle mailbox), rolled vehicle back to first mailbox and put mail in, rolled maybe 2 feet forward, middle mailbox, pulled mail out, rolled forward a few feet to put mail in last mailbox then rolled back to middle mailbox to put mail in! I just stood there shaking my head in total disbelief. What should have taken only a few minutes ended up taking around 5 - 10 minutes. I strongly suggest that ALL MAILPEOPLE BE RE-TRAINED. Your Customer Service, which is basically your whole job, sucks big time.

#3 times just this week we been given the wrong mail. our box is marked. so whats going on. Do i need to file a complaint. wonder where my mail is going.

i have a problem with some of the subs If they have to get out of the mail truck to put a package on the porch it hurts their feelings to do the job.I hope the postal department will address this.( note side walk clear, porch clear, driveway clear0 no reason not to leave the package)

I have a problem with getting my mail on time I can't payy bills on time because the post office in Jackson Kentucky never brings my mail or is days late I would like this problem corrected please thank you Kevin wells

Hello. First off I want to say how much I appreciate my post office and mail carriers. But I do have a concern. I am having issues with my mail carrier(s) walking through my landscaping as a shortcut to my porch. I haven’t said anything about it until now because it was winter and nothing was growing there yet. But now there are flowers coming up and they are walking right on them. I work from home so I see them doing it as it is right beside my office window. I would really appreciate it if someone could let them know this is not appropriate. Thank you for your time.

Mailed bills and letters directly at the post office and no one received those - Now this is costing stop payment fees on checks etc. I don’t understand what has happened.

We are a medical office and it is imperative that our mail gets picked up Monday through Fridays. This is not being done. To date, our mail has not been picked up since Wednesday. Please educate me on any reasons this may be happening. Sincerely, Pamela

This is supposed to be a government service, at least they spend enough tax dollars. Why can you not get anyone to answer the d**n phone, and this is not one occasion, this is every time you try to call. They miss the delivery of my mail several times a month and some mail gets lost forever. This place needs a new boss or leadership.

The phone system to reach a representative and speak directly with someone about an issue not included in the system availability totally sucks. No one will answer the local phone number and twice the system hung up on me. This is the most ineffective phone system I’ve encountered tested. You suck!

NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. OBVIOUSLY I NEED TO GO SEE THEM IN PERSON. UNDERSTAFFED COULD BE A PROBLEM, GIVING THEM THAT BENEFIT

called 17 times since saturday aboiut a package notification that i did not recieve. during those 17 calls,not one was answered. rang for 10 minutes then straight to busy signal. its really no wonder the postal service is going belly up with a quickness. none of you even remember how to answer a phone. I will absolutely pay extra for UPS from now on. at least i know then it will actually get to me

Missing packages all the time. Package delivered to parcel locker no key left which means someone else's mailbox has the key. It's an ongoing problem. Sick of excuses. No way to reach anyone by local number or 800 number. Sick of the excuses. Sick of not getting my packages.

I think the post offices worldwide are the worst people ever I have been trying to get a hold of the post office in Frankfort Kentucky on Wilkins boulevard it's a 859-223 phone number trying to contact office for like almost 2 months it says welcome to the Frankfort post office the main post office please hold and we'll transfer your call to an operator nobody ever picks up I have been trying to call and nobody's picking up this is ridiculous why even have a phone number if you're not going to answer it

Absolute worst service ever. Some of my mail keeps getting sent back to the sender, while I get other mail. It all has the same address and name on it. I have lived here for 15 years. What in the world is going on?

Hi we got a new mail lady and she’s absolutely rude ignores us and I guess she’s walking around with ear buds in we’ve tried to ask her some questions since the post office seems to not answer phones and she acts like she doesn’t even see us.

There have been several times a week that I have not received my mail. I live in the center of a cul de sac if my neighbors park there car anywhere in the cul de sac I don’t receive mail. It is NEVER the case that my mailbox is blocked. Rather if there isn’t a clear path for the mail delivery to circle around without having to reverse I just don’t get my mail. Sometimes this happens for every day of the week except Saturday. We have a different mail carrier on this day and it is never an issue. Which leads my to believe the M-F carrier isn’t doing their job properly. Even when I receive packages from UPS, FEDEX, or AMAZON that fit in the mailbox they have no problem accessing it with their much larger vehicles. What can I do about this? Receiving my mail only one day a week is absurd.

PLEASE DO NOT place packages at side porch door.at 1324-701,702 units Amazon package placed there and contents damaged due to sun and heat exposure.. Place inside front door. Thank you

I am tired of delivering the area residents mail. I don't know the guy that is filling in but something needs to be done before I follow up elsewhere. I will now hafta come down there to deliver my mail because guy wouldn't stop and pickup with flag up and myself waving at him.

I called the local number provided by the USPS customer service. It was after 9 a.m. The IVR stated the office was closed. I called more than once and got the same IVR message.

i have been living in glasgow ky at the present address for about 3 years and there has been a few times that i have not gotten any mail but i have complained with my post office but he has not done anything about it . if you could look into this problem
