Nobody answers the phone and they are rude when you go in there. I havent got main in over a week and they wont even tell me how to get it amd i have important mail i nees before 5 today

Can’t actually talk to anyone. Trying to figure out when my mail will be delivered. No attempt has been made in 2 days. I was suppose to get a package yesterday and today. And plus the mail delivery man threw my packages on my front porch. No one will answer phone it gives a busy signal

NOBODY ANSWERS AT THE POST OFFICE, NO MATTER WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK OR TIME OF DAY, ALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE COMES ON AND SAYS 'ANSWERING SYSTEM OFF' AND THEN IT HANGS UP. WHEN I GO TO THE WEBSITE, THERE IS NO CHOICE FOR 'MISSING PASSPORT' WHICH IS MY PROBLEM, I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AND HAD A PASSPORT PHOTO TAKEN, PAID DEPT. OF STATE, PAID USPS, ALL ON 01-APR. NOW IT HAS BEEN 9 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT. I HAD TO CHOOSE 'MISSING PACKAGE' FROM YOUR FAQS AND SEND A QUESTION THAT WAY, AS THE PARTICULAR ISSUE I AM HAVING IS NOT LISTED ON THE WWW.USPS.COM WEBSITE. MY LOCAL PO IS NOT RESPONSIVE BY TELEPHONE. PLEASE ADD A CHOICE ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR DELAYED PASSPORT AND PLEASE UPDATE YOUR MESSAGE SYSTEM IN FRANKFORT KY.
