Got a notification on my package tracking app that my package I'm waiting for had been sent back to the depot because the delivery location was not accessible. For one, how is the front of my house inaccessible? For two, no one showed up at any time between my normal mail carrier and the time it was scanned back into the depot (4:50 am). My normal mail carrier is the best but this other person sucks.
Why is it your web site says you close at 4:30PM and yet I call at 3.32PM and i get a recording that says Post Office is closed for the day? Wouldn't a little competition came in handy?
I am not thrilled with our post office in Glasgow ky . I do not receive important mail quite often . Today my phone said it put two packages in my mailbox and I did not get. If they delivered those packages they were put in somebody else's box. Also last week I was supposed to get a check in the mail on Thursday or Friday one and I still haven't gotten it
Why is it that your hours say you close at 430 and I call at 357 and it says that you guys are closed. Rolling the phones over a little early, huh. They pay you for that? Must be why our mail is so slow, nobody doing their job. Smh.
9/29/21 Today about an hour ago I received my THIRD delinquent notice this year from the Water Co. WHY? Because I had not received the monthly bill!! Im disgusted that you are appearantly hiring people that either can not read or deliberately do not put people's mail in their boxes. I have NEVER in all the years of receiving bills EVER received delinquent notices until this year. I always pay bills on time. I live on West Cherry Street since 1973. I now have about 6 various mail carriers at all hours of the day or night (at least till 9:30PM) Do not write a big apology letter to me. Get on the ball and get your carriers on the ball.
Evidently I have a letter from IRS to be delivered.

Receive all guest at back door. Do not leave packages at the basement door!!!

I moved to town a few years ago, first couple of weeks as far as mail was awesome but then after our mail lady retired it's been terrible, our mail gets later and later all the time, went from getting it 9:00/9:30 a.m to 12:00/1:00 pm to now I'm getting it as late as 6:00 pm sometimes, always putting someone else's mail in my box, I have to worry about someone else getting mine and I shop on line so it's a worry constantly,
I’ve shipped with them numerous times and each time has been a headache, the first two packages where lost in transit, filing a claim was a massive headache and I wasn’t reimbursed for what I insured the packages for. This time I paid for over night delivery and five days later the package has yet to be recvied !
This post office uses no commonsense what so ever! Package is being returned because they cant distinguish Becktn as Beckton! Becktn Rocky Hill Rd one little misspell throws this package out and is returned to sender! No wonder USPS is failing year after year! Will ship with alternative carrier from now own!
